Is it possible to have further clarification about the descent of the achetypes and how this comes about (in practical terms)? I'm refering to the lecture entitled "The Son of Man and His Chosen People". Does the work consist in striving to align with these higher energies through purifying/emptying ourselves as a potential vehicle? Is this what is known as the second coming or second birth?

Thanks for your help.

In Kabbalah, the first coming of Christ is the incarnation, representing the development of the Initiate within Tiphereth, the Fifth Initiation of Major Mysteries. This is the moment that one becomes a Master of the White Lodge, whereby Christ incarnates within those souls that have taken the Direct Path (not to be confused with the Spiral). This is the first half of the First Mountain, as described by Samael Aun Weor in his book The Three Mountains.

The second coming refers to when Christ has completely annihilated the ego and can thereby resurrect within the Master. This is the process of the Second Mountain, whereby the soul is completely purified and can then achieve union with the Lord.

The Second Birth is another thing, and relates to when the Initiate of the First Mountain creates the Solar Bodies: physical, vital, astral, mental and causal. Upon creating the causal body, the Initiate achieves Mastery and may then incarnate Christ if that person has sacrificed him or herself for humanity and if the Being commands the soul to take the Straight Path.

Does this clarify?

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
