Does taking thyroid hormones hinder transmutation?

Dear,

I have been taking thyroid hormones for years due to auto immune disease.

I am also practising sexual transmutation and of course I hold the force within at all times.

Does taking medication hinder the laboratory and transmutation practice ?

I feel that I have been stuck with no experiences ever since I started taking the meds. The most experiences I have had was when I was off medication.

This very confusing to me. May I receive guidance.
