Ego, Essence, and Personality

“Now there was a day when the Beni Elohim-בני האלהים (of Hod-הוד) came to present themselves before Iod-Havah-יהוה, and HaSatan- גם־השטן came also among them. And Iod-Havah-יהוה said unto HaSatan-השטן, whence comest thou? Then HaSatan-השטן answered Iod-Havah-יהוה, and said, (just as the Sun) from going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.” - Job 1:6,7

Today, we will talk about the non-physical aspect of the self, but before we can speak about the non-physical, we first have to know what about us is physical?  Obviously, that would be the body, made of flesh and bones. Elements of the body, together with our non-physical aspect of self, forms our psychology, and is what we are going to discuss in this psychological lecture.

Remember, that psyche means the soul.  We have to understand the different inner parts that we have within, in relation to what we have to work with. 

Whenever we talk about the ego, the personality and consciousness, the three different things that we have to study and comprehend in order to know ourselves, we understand that the work that we have to perform is directly related to this.

Ego

Let us look at the ego.  Ego is a Latin and Greek word for “Me, I.”  This “me” that is present, that we feel, is the psychological ego.  I have told you that the ego is mind, and in the lecture on evolution and devolution, we discussed the mind being that element that evolves in nature from the mineral kingdom, passing through the plant and animal kingdoms, in to the humanoid or intellectual animal kingdom. 

When the mind enters an intellectual animal, it starts to become singular and individual. However, this individuality is not the sacred individuality that we have to have, the individuality of real being, our true self. Instead, the mind turns into that which we call ego.  

Currently, there are many schools that study these concepts and believe that the ego is divine, but as I told you, the ego is the result of the final evolution of that which we call mind.  Not surprisingly, we find that the ego is related to the emotions that comes from within the lower parts of the mind. 

When we reach the level of humanoid, we possess three centers of intelligence, psychologically speaking, which we call the three brains: the intellectual brain, the emotional brain and the motor-instinctive-sexual brain.  These three brains are fully developed in the intellectual animal that is mistakenly called, “Human.” 

If you study other types of living organisms, we find different levels of development of the brain.  For instance, in the plant kingdom, you discover that these organisms possess the emotional brain. 

When we talk about brains, let us understand that we are talking about the physical vehicle, not that which is beyond the third dimension.   I am talking about that compound of forms or cells that are the vehicle for the different activities of the inner parts of our consciousness. 

We know, for example, that the intellectual brain in our head is the physical vehicle of that mind.  In addition to this, we have another brain related to our emotional center, located in our solar plexus, which involves our nerves in conjunction with different ends of the sympathetic nervous system.  Here is where we find and feel our emotions. 

There is another brain that relates to movement.  We know that at the top of the spinal column is the motor center, and at the bottom end we find the instinctive center.  Both centers are related to movement; in the upper part, we have the customs and habits related to the motor center and in the lower part we find the instinctive functions of our organism, of our ego. Of course, it is also related to the sexual center, which is located in our sexual glands. 

So, the motor brain relates to the movement of the organism of our physical body; the emotional brain with the emotions, and the cranial cavity in the head with the intellectual brain.

Looking at the ego, we find that it is that particular entity which evolved from the mineral, to the plant, then animal and finally to the humanoid kingdom, acting, of course, according to the evolution in the body with its three brains, which gives the ego a vehicle to act within.  That is why the humanoid vehicle is the most evolved organism of nature, although he is still an animal.

Animals, in spite of having a brain, are not completely evolved because the brain of the animal does not have intellect.   The humanoid brain, however, has developed intellect, that capacity to reason.  This is the difference between an animal and an intellectual animal. 

So, when the animal develops an intellect, then that mind becomes egoic, evolving from various elements of the animal mind as it began to think and rationalize. 

However, because the humanoids still belong to the animal kingdom, the intellectual animal kingdom, they will rationalize and use the intellect in the animal way. 

With the aid of the ego, the human mind gets trapped, subjected to forces it does not or cannot control.   The psychological phenomenon of Lust, for instance, is reflected in the many devices and ways that “humanity” has created in order to satisfy its lustful desires. 

You find the animal mind of anger, normal among the animals, but the anger in the animal with an intellect has the capacity of creating weapons in order to hurt the others that they feel are causing harm.  Alternatively, the animal without an intellect will only use their own body parts, such as teeth or claws, to attack and defend themselves. 

The intellectual animal, acting with the ego in order to inflict pain, is being driven by the psychological defect of pride.  Those aspects of the animal that are insincere and emotional, as well, are acting in the intellectual animal through the mind. 

The result of this developed intellect does not reflect what would be expected from an evolved humanoid society, but in fact presents a humanity that is becoming ever more dangerous.  This is why it is not strange to see so many wars and other types of degeneration all over the world.

I repeat: because the humanoid intellectual mind still retains its animal aspects, there are many different types of degenerative correlations between the two. 

For example, the sly person is always a fox on the mental plane, which of course, is related with the capacity of a fox.  If someone is said to be lustful, on the mental plane that mind will take the form of a pig or a dog.  In a proud person, the animal mind will take the form of a peacock on the mental plane.  So, each of us, on the mental plane has a different type of animal form, that is related to the three brains and called by various religions the seven capital sins.

The ego acting through the three brains in our physical body, is esoterically referred to as Judas, Pilate and Caiaphas, the three traitors of Christ.  Christ is that entity related to the Monad that comes into the world in order to accomplish its will, the will of the monad.  On the other hand, the ego, a mechanical creation of nature, has the sole purpose to act according to the mechanicity, the authoritarianism of nature, precluding the will of the monad.  As a result, the ego, our mind, is a traitor that we have within, because it always acts to accomplish the will of those mechanistic laws of Nature.

"Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, and said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver." - Matthew 26:14,15 

The chemical element that symbolizes the moon is silver; the moon controls the whole mechanism of nature and this planet.

Esoterically, the moon is also associated with the chemical element silver.  Remember also that the number 30 in Kabbalah is related to exchange.  So, there is much symbolism inherent in Judas’ act of exchanging the Sun for the Moon, that is, 30 silver coins. 

The book of Revelation states:

“Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.” —Revelation 3:8-9

Authentic Jews are only the children of the lion from the tribe of Judah, meaning, the Christified ones.

Those who say that they are Jews (illuminated ones) and are not, do lie. Really, these people belong to the synagogue of Satan. These people cannot enter the temple of Philadelphia.

When the clairvoyant is a black magician, the frontal chakra is controlled by Jezebel, the woman who called herself a prophetess.

The black magician develops tenebrous clairvoyance. The frontal chakra of the black magician works only in the abyss. The tenebrous ones take the shape of masters and also friends of masters in order to perform horrible acts within the atomic infernos of nature.

Actually, the clairvoyants of Jezebel calumniate their neighbors when they are in contact with these disguised tenebrous beings.

The truly illuminated clairvoyant is not capable of calumniating his neighbor. The truly illuminated clairvoyant sees without the presence of the “I.” The illuminated clairvoyant uses his faculty with supreme wisdom in order to advise and help his neighbor.

We need to decapitate Jezebel. We need to place clairvoyance under the service of the immolated Lamb. We need to prophesy with wisdom.” - Samael Aun Weor

So, Judas represents: The authentic Jews, the children of the lion from the tribe of Judah (who worship Shemesh-שמש, the Sun-Christ), meaning, the Christified ones, those who belong to the Ain Soph Paranishpanna-परिनिष्पन्न אין סוף, the Solar Absolute, who are found secretly related with the pineal gland, the crown chakra or Kether chakra, the church of Peter, who died on the inverted alchemical cross.

Remember, Peter betrayed the Christ, the Light of the Ain Soph Aur-אין סוף אור, three times; Peter represents those who walk on the middle path; those who struggle against their three traitors, namely, Judas, Pilate and Caiaphas, or Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, and who decide to die on the alchemical cross. Those are the authentic Jews who condemned INRI (Ignis Natura Renovatur Integra), the Christ to die on the alchemical cross as Dysmas-Δυσμάς, who during their sexual act, they transmute their christic solar force, that is, they still the sexual solar force for their Monad. So that the sexual fire of Christ can renew them integrally.

Therefore, those who say that they are resurrected Jews (illuminated by the Ain Soph Aur-אין סוף אור) and are not, do lie. Really, these people belong to the synagogue of Satan or Gestas-Γεστάς (because they have the ego very alive). These people cannot enter the temple of Philadelphia (Greek: Φιλαδέλφεια [pʰilaˈdelpʰeːa], Greek pronunciation: [filaˈðelfia], "brotherly love"), the abode of Barbelo, the Ain Soph Paranishpanna-परिनिष्पन्न אין סוף, the Solar Absolute. Because during their sexual act, they reach the orgasm of the beasts, that is, they don't still but steal the sexual solar force for the satisfaction of their mechanical lunar animal desires.

בראשית בר אאלהים

In the beginning, Barasheeth-בראשית (Bar-בר is "Son" in Aramaic; the Ain Soph Aur-אין סוף אור) the Son of Aelohim-אאלהים created.....

“For אאלהים-Aelohim (אין-אלהים) so loved the Kosmos (Κόσμος), that he gave his only begotten Son (Shemesh-שמש, the Sun-Christ), that whosoever has faith on him should not perish (the second death), but have everlasting life.” - John 3:16

So, Judas is that part of our being in battle with the ego.  The symbology of the 30 pieces of silver received by Judas as payment for exchanging the Lord, is of course, the ego preferring to satisfy the mechanism of nature rather than serve its own monad.  That is why, in the physical body we find the three traitors, namely, Judas, Pilate and Caiaphas, or Korah, Dathan, and Abiram: the mind; desire which is the opposite of willpower, associated with the heart; and the orgasm, the opposite of chastity. 

When we talk about Judas, Pilate and Caiaphas, the three traitors of the Lord in the Gospels, we are talking about the three brains: Judas in the sex, Pilate in the mind and Caiaphas in desire.

Desire can be found in the mind, the sex and also in the heart. 

Desire, associated with the heart is called, concentrated desire, which is evil will.  This happens when desire is concentrated in the area of the heart and then the will of the ego is carried out.

Many other philosophies and schools represent three forms of the ego, corresponding with three demons, and these three demons exist! 

When we talk about the demon of the astral plane, we find there is an ego related to that astral plane.  We find a demon related to the mind on the mental plane, and a demon related to evil will on the causal plane.  So, the initiate has to disintegrate these three types of egos or demons.

Behind the three traitors, namely, Judas, Pilate and Caiaphas, or Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, we find the seven capital sins, the seven heads of the dragon.  In symbology, you find the dragon with seven heads represents the seven capital sins. 

Behind the seven capital sins, you find Legion, because behind these seven capital sins you find a lot of aggregates, or smaller egos in association with the mind. 

Remember, when we say “mind,” even the physical body is mind.  The mind is matter, and in the matter, you find the mechanicity of nature.  Relative to matter, its density increases on a continual downward gradient. So, from the mind, the density increases in the astral or emotional body, and becomes denser still in the physical body. 

Christ as Adam Kadmon

So, when we talk about Judas, for instance, we talk about Judah-יהודה, related with the degeneration of desire in relation to the body, to the Head, Heart and Sexual Force.  When you start doing this inner work in order to control the ego, we start with the body; we must control our Head, Heart and Genitalia in our physical body.  The demons associated with our physical body are Judas, Pilate and Caiaphas. 

Judas is Judah-יהודה, one of the twelve zodiacal constellations, represented by Michael-מיכאל, the Sun-Christ in the heart, Tiphereth-תפארת, Leo, Arieh-אריה; and by this other zodiacal constellations, that relate to Geburah-גבורה, which is the might of Samael-סמאל, the lamb-טלה of Aries and Scorpio.

The might of Geburah-גבורה pumps the blood towards the head, which is Samael-סמאל, the Sun-Christ in the pineal gland; the might of Geburah-גבורה also pumps the blood towards the genitalia, which is Samael-סמאל in Scorpio or the Sun-Christ in the sexual glands; as it is written:

"And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion, Arieh-אריה, of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David (Michael-מיכאל, the Sun-Christ in the heart, Tiphereth-תפארת), hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb-טלה (Aries, Samael-סמאל, the Sun-Christ in the pineal gland) as it had been slain (in Scorpio, the sexual glands), having seven horns (from Chesed-חסד to Malkuth-מלכות) and seven eyes (chakras), which is (Samael-סמאל, one of) the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth." - Revelation 5:5,6

“Judah, thou art he whom thy brethren shall praise: thy hand shall be in the neck of thine enemies; thy father's children shall bow down before thee. Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up? The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass's colt unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes: His eyes shall be red with wine, and his teeth white with milk.” - Genesis 49:8-12

Then, we have to control the mind.  Pilate is the symbol of the demons of the mind.  These are the ways in which the ego satisfies or justifies itself, in order to feed itself; and the ego will always feed itself! 

The ego has a habit of doing the opposite of what we want to do as regards our Father who is in Heaven, our Monad.

As we see, there is nothing divine within our ego, except the consciousness, which is in entangled within it.  Unfortunately, when the consciousness battles with the ego, its tendency is to act according to the mechanism of nature, which is evil, or in the wrong way. 

Understand, that the consciousness evolves from the mineral, to the plant and animal kingdoms, and acts in its capacity, through the mind, relative to what nature has given through that evolutionary process.

However, when the mind reaches the level of the intellectual animal, the intellect starts to create different types of egos that trap the consciousness in the evolution or devolution.  This happens due to the ignorance of the consciousness that creates different aggregates.  These aggregates are the result of ignorance of the intellect of the animal, and are creations or crystallizations of the same mind, but in the wrong way. 

For, as the consciousness is evolving, the mechanism of nature is related with the intelligence of the same mechanism which is creation – perfection.  However, the ego of the mind receives the intellect, and starts acting by itself, not under the direction of the angels or the Monad, in accordance with evolution. The ego believes it is capable of acting without obeying the angels or the higher masters, although influenced by the mechanistic aspects of nature.

Nevertheless, the humanoid thinks he is capable of doing many things for himself, the result being a wrong creation or wrong civilization… not unlike this one in which we are living in this present moment. 

We see that the ego is not a positive entity as many religions or philosophers state, that a superior ego is divine and an inferior ego is not.  No, the ego is always inferior, because the ego is that animal mind evolved in an intellectual animal.

A human being is different.  The human is an evolved animal, so if you have ego, it is because your mind retains elements of the animal kingdom.  This type of mind is not in accordance with the divine, and instead suggests the love of the mechanism of nature.  If you want to have a human mind, you have to create it through the process of alchemy.

Entering into these studies supposes that we are intellectual animals.  We know that we have to enter into the human kingdom and for that, we have to annihilate the animal part of us and create the human part of us.  Between the creation and the destroying, the most difficult of the two is the annihilation, therefore, we have to know that each one of us have our own idiosyncrasies.

What are those idiosyncrasies?  They are those particular, individual psychological characteristics that distinguish us as being different from others.  We have to discover that particular idiosyncrasy, that particular character in relation to our ego, our mind. 

Remember, we have this particular ego that characterizes us more than our other egos; as a result, the rest of the animal mind, which is also animal, acts. For Instance, it might seem obvious that the ego characterized in a prostitute is lust.  However, maybe she a prostitute, not because of lust, but because of being poor or being afraid of life.  That is why she is a prostitute. Of course, lust is related to it, but lust is acting through that particular ego because of fear. 

That ego that is obvious in ourselves, might be that particular idiosyncrasy that we have envisioned in our mind, but it might also not be. This is something that we have to discover within ourselves, what is our particular psychological characteristic that acts as the linchpin of our ego.

Nonetheless, we have to start destroying that particular ego which is bigger than the others and discover that particular egoic idiosyncrasy that we have in relation to that animal mind, in order to annihilate at least 50% of that animal mind. 

We discover, if we are capable of destroying 50% of this idiosyncrasy, then we are able to advance very far.

There is one particular type of ego that frequently presents itself through problematic behaviors, not only of ourselves, but also of the relatives and friends we have in our lives.  I am talking about the fact that we find drunkards in bars, we find drug addicts among the dealers of drugs and involved in problems in jails, etc.   So, you have to consider what kind of friends you have, if you have any, and who are the people that you are associating with. 

Looking at this closely, you can discover your particular idiosyncrasy.  From your childhood until this very moment, if you have these type of friends and associates, you find you have behaviors and problems, which might appear to be normal but are related with your idiosyncrasy.

Many of these people desire or wish to meet angels, great masters or the brotherhood, but they are not changing their psychological ego; they still remain the same.  You will find these individuals are students of Krishnamurti, Sivananda and Yogananda and particularly here in the Los Angeles area, thousands of them are the followers of many of the gurus and channelers.  They like and enjoy the doctrines, but they do not have any relationships with the high masters, only to mediums. So, they think these are masters, meanwhile they have demons talking through them.  Never in their life have they ever come face to face with a Master, not even on the astral plane.  Why?  For the reason that we attract those problems and personalities related to our level of mind: with our particular idiosyncrasies. 

If we study Krishnamurti, and we put those beliefs into our animal mind, that is good.  But, if we do not perform that which we are studying, if we keep performing the sexual act of the animal, the result is that we will always be animals. 

Therefore, we have to change our behavior and show, physically and psychologically, that we want to change, that we want to behave like humans.  Then, the masters will approach us.  Part of the problem in these times, is most of these gurus are teachers just teaching what they hear.  They are not real gurus, but dealers in the temple, selling and buying the doctrines and sometimes it is not the right doctrine but a false one.

So, the ego is many; it is Legion, in the end. Regarding this there is a passage, a story in the Bible:

“And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not. For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit. And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.” - Mark 5:1-9

In that story, it was that individual’s own ego that was talking out through the person.   When you read this story in the Bible, many evangelists think that there were many demons there were actually in that person, and Jesus took the demons from out of that person, and afterwards the person was okay.  In reality, any one of us is Legion, and in order to take these demons out, we do not rely on a saint or some particular entity outside of your body. 

The reality is that our egos are demons, within ourselves.

Lust is a demon that we have within ourselves, anger, hatred, and envy as well; these demons live within each of us. 

Some of these demons can be “good.”  There can also be good demons within ourselves.  But all these demons are egos, the animal mind with intellect.  That is the only difference.   It belongs to nature, if you do not destroy this, nature is going to take it.  It will take it because it belongs to it.  This is the law of the mechanicity at work.  This is what we call ego.  We need to know that.

Personality

Now, what is personality?  Well, the word “personality” comes from the Latin word Personae which means, “Masks.”  Each one of us wears different masks.  This is why in ancient Greece the stage actors would act out their performance dramas wearing different personae or masks. 

The personality is somewhat like a mask that we build each time we receive a new body.  The personality even has the form of the very physical face that we have.  When we say that personality has the physical face that we have, it is because the face that we see, is not the real face; I know this by direct experience, when I talk about personality. 

The personality is related also to the ego, in other words, the mind, emotions and habits.  We find other personalities that are not related to the ego, but I repeat, when I say this, it is because of an experience I had when I was in the internal planes.  I was releasing my bodies, and when I released the first body, it was the physical body.  And, of course, I understood at that very moment that my vital body was the superior part of my physical body, and I saw my physical body, only as it is. 

When my astral body was released from me, I saw my face with my mental body and it was the same face that I have here. 

Then, I released my next body, my mental body.  It also had the same face. But, when I saw myself in the causal body, the body of willpower, which belongs to the sixth dimension, I saw that I had another face!  I was completely another person; and I understood that this person was my real self, because my human soul relating to the casual body is a lower part of my monad. 

Remember, that the monad is the spirit, divine soul and human soul.  Even though the human soul is just the lower part of the monad, when I was in the causal body, looking at myself in the mirror, I actually saw another person.  I saw a real person, another face.  Then I understood that it is the mind that changes the matter; but the spirit is always the same.

So, the mind below is over the matter and that matter changes according to the law of karma.  That mind or that matter always builds with each return into the physical body a new personality. 

While the body is being built within the womb of our mother, that personality does not exist.  But it will exist according to these three factors: genotype, phenotype and paratype.

What is the genotype?  Genotype is an inheritance that we bring into this physical world, which is directly related with our mind, our animal mind.  It is the ego that returns, because genotype relates to the genes. 

On the casual plane we have our own real personality.  It is where the monad appears, in the sixth dimension, while the mind below is fake, it is the mask that we use, and we use a different mask each time that we return here. 

When the baby is born, that baby is beautiful because it is not bearing any masks.  It is innocent.  The free three percent of the consciousness that we have is acting in that small body.  But the genotype, the inheritance from other lives, which is the ego, the animal mind divided into many psychological aspects, is waiting in order to enter into that small body.  But it cannot enter, because that small body does not have a personality yet. 

The baby will start to build that personality, through the different attitudes that he/she receives little by little from the ego of his/her parents and relatives, and from the ego, which belongs to him/hers, which is part of the consciousness which is entangled in his/her animal mind.

Even the creation of the physical body is related with that inheritance.  But the ego does not or cannot act through the physical body before creating the personality.  The physical body is created in relation to it. How? The cell that is created by the union of the sperm and the ovum, is that primitive cell, in which we find the chromosomes of our father and mother.  This sperm and ovum are attracted to each other according to the law of affinity that I spoke about in a previous lecture. 

That woman and that man, who are performing the sexual act, in the moment of the spasm or the orgasm, that particular note is related to the same vibration of the silver cord, or antakharana cord, which is waiting to be united to another sperm and that ego of that antakharana cord is, in the fifth dimension waiting for another body. 

According to the law of affinity, the silver cord is attracted like a magnet to the sperm, which is entering into the ovum at the moment of the spasm.  So, that spasm is a vibration that is in affinity with the ego.  The spasm or orgasm is related as well with the ego of each the mother and the father.  That is the law of affinity. 

When we investigate that primitive cell, then we discover 48 chromosomes.  Each chromosome has one hundred or more genes, and in each gene, we find the ego; that particular note or vibration that I am talking about in relation to the ego, which is in the fifth dimension. 

For Instance, all of the various vibrations of Dracula, which is the ego, will work through the antakharana, and this is how the karma will be fulfilled in the body.  If that particular ego in the other body, who has died in the other life, was cruel, then that particular cruelty will block the light that will be related to the creation of the sight in the eyes of that baby.  The result is that baby will be born blind.  The personality of this new baby, who is blind, is directly related to its own inheritance, through karma.  

So, genotype is always connected to karma. 

Of, course, this is how the body is created according to the Law of Affinity and the actions of the past life.

After the body is created, then the process of phenotype starts.  Phenotype is the education that we receive through our parents and teachers.  Our parents, because they are egotistical, they have not awakened us.  They have been trained in the animal mind and the animal way, and the result is the creation of a personality related to the animal mind.  This is how a baby has the inheritance of the attitudes and moods of the father and the mother, because they have been conditioned to receive their example. 

From zero to seven years of childhood, the body is creating the personality, the mask that is going to act on this physical plane.  That mask, I repeat, is related to the inheritance that is brought from the other world, the other life, and from the parents.  The parent’s attitudes, moods, habits, customs, etc., are seen and heard by the baby, who then in turn learns these animal behaviors. 

So, by the age of seven, all the egos are within.  The result of this may be anger, for example, determined according to the development of that personality.  Or maybe pride.   I remember a friend of mine from Chile, who remembers when he was three years old, he was having lust within.  He was thinking, lustfully at three years old, and doing foolishness, at three years old.  He said that he felt shamed, because he remembers being only three years, and having his third birthday.  It is amazing, that type of personality at three years old, but it happens.

Sometimes pride and anger are within early on.  It is not unusual to see babies at five or six months of age, displaying anger even though they are still innocent, and their personality is not yet created. 

That personality is the one that receives the name from mother and father.  That name, of course, is of the personality, but it not your true name; it is the name that the parents decided to give to their baby.   But this name of our personality is not the name of our monad, which is completely apart from any connection with the animal mind.  That is the inheritance, the genotype, parents and our own inheritance.  Even the genes that we inherit from our parents are related to our affinity, with our ego.  We have the parents that we do, because of our ego. 

So, we have the parents that we deserve and the parents have the children that they deserve.

Now you can understand why those children that are born with drug addiction; everything is karma.

The phenotype knowledge expands the personality and unfortunately, with all the teachers, friends and the type of education that we receive, it is all primarily from the animal mind of “humanity.”  All of the knowledge that we have is primarily animal, even if it is intellectual; with the exception of the holy, sacred books that were written by real human beings. 

What type of phenotype do you receive in school?  It is in relation to the animal, it is mechanical.

For example, if you kill someone in the name of a flag, you are a hero.  But if you kill someone in the streets, you are considered a sinner a murderer.  You will be put in jail.  This is the animal mind.  This is animal behavior. 

So, the phenotype is 100% animal, it is useless, no good, trash.  We have to look for a good example of phenotype in order to have the education and knowledge needed for our souls, for our spirit, because the type of knowledge that we find outside in the world is fascinated with and subservient to the animal mind.

The paratype factor is related to the different circumstances of life, that also relates to the development of our personality.  Unfortunately, because of these different circumstances of life, we find we almost always learn in the wrong way.  But if we have very good knowledge in relation to the monad, then we learn to take advantage of the worst circumstances of life in order to builds our souls. 

An example of a paratype circumstance would be someone reaching his house to find his partner committing adultery with someone.  The consciousness, within that individual’s animal mind immediately wants to kill, you see this all the time in the movies and everywhere.  This type of example, of course, even if you might have a weapon in your hand, is not a human behavior; it is an animal behavior. 

Every personality is subjected to different types of paratypes.  Some of them very strong, that inclines them to act in the wrong way, or in the way of the animal mind, not in the way of the human being.

The paratype is the attitude or the behavior that you always do under those difficult and unfortunate circumstances of life, that happen unexpectedly or by surprise.  If you are for instance, poor, in your subconscious you remember your childhood.  You remember, when your father, who was also poor went into the supermarket, and stole food and you were there with him.  You remember that in your subconscious, even if in you consciously do not remember it, that you were stealing food with your dad in order to have something to eat, because you did not have money. 

Now if you are in a situation where you do not have money, you are not thinking consciously of the incident, or maybe you are, but it is in your subconscious.  So, you go to the supermarket, and you do the same thing... the different attitudes of the personality on this physical plane behave in particular ways, because of the example it received in youth, in our paratype. 

This is why it is so important to make the subconscious conscious.  When we have traumas and see types of personalities in others, we hate them in the very instance that we see them.  This can be related to a trauma that we experienced in childhood or maybe we are remembering an experience that is in the subconscious, that we are not consciously aware of. 

Different types of criminals act in particular ways because of the paratypes they experienced when they were children.  Paratypes are also related to different environments.  For example, my personality along with my paratypes and phenotypes have been influenced by the different countries that I have lived in, or was just visiting, so my personality is different depending on where I am living.

The factors of genotype, phenotype and paratype make up the personality.  When the body dies, the personality goes from one place to the other after death and is disintegrated after time.  There is not a future for that personality.  The personality dies with the body, and with each return, we build a new one according to the three factors of the personality. 

It can be said that the personality is energetic and atomic.  Atomic, because it is related to the mind and energetic because the energy of the body can create a Buddha.  This person would have a strong personality, which means the personality is related more with the mind than with the ego.  This is very strong, a humanoid. Like the personality of Michael Jackson, for instance.

Listen very carefully, when the personality is very strong, it is more difficult for the self-realization, because when we fight against the ego, we also fight against the personality.  It becomes a false creation when we struggle against the mechanicity of nature, even though we need it in order to socialize, but in the end, it will be disintegrated it as well.  But we must take advantage of it, while we have it, and we have to change it in a good way, to put the personality at the service of the Being.

Essence

The consciousness or essence is another thing that we have within, the essence is part of the human soul.  However, consciousness is not the mind. The consciousness is not the body, nor is the consciousness the personality.  Consciousness is part of the soul, which is beyond the mind.

Unfortunately, because it is entangled within the mind through the ego, it is not free.

Consciousness is the soul; the soul is consciousness and consciousness is essence.  The essence is the soul. This, again, is entangled within the mind and conditioned by the ego.  We have an embryo soul, an embryo consciousness that we have to work with in order to build a human soul, in order to build a human being.

Christ is the solar light of the Solar Absolute, the Ain Soph Paranishpanna-परिनिष्पन्न אין סוף or Ain Soph Aur-אין סוף אור, whose solar matter is represented by all the suns of the universe, including our own sun (Shemesh-שמש), which is the center of this solar system, represented by the Logos Michael-מיכאל ("who is like God"). The light of Christ interacts with Michael, who is one of the the seven Spirits (or kosmocreators) of God. As it is written:

"And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God." - Revelation 4:5

The solar bodies are soul bodies, they can absorb solar light, emit solar light and transmit solar light, and to become the human being of the world of creation, or Olam HaBriah-עולם הבריאה, who is superior to all the angels of the world of formation, or Olam HaYetzirah-עולם היצירה. This is what Moses, Jesus, Mohammad, Krishna, etc., etc., are, they are authentic Jews or cosmocreators of the Solar Absolute, the Ain Soph Aur-אין סוף אור. This is why Christ when incarnated in Jesus said:

"I am the light of the Kosmos (Κόσμος): he that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life." - John 8:12

"Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" - Matthew 16:24-26

In order to build consciousness, and then to build soul, we have to work with the three factors of the revolution of consciousness ("let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me"), but in this lecture, I pointed out alchemy (take up his alchemical cross), the second factor.

Alchemy-אלכימיה, Al-Kimiya-القيمية, is the transformation of the solar light in each one of us.  You know that alchemy comes from the word Al-Kimiya-القيمية and means the “chemistry-كيمياء of Allah- ٱللَ” or alchemy- אלכימיה (the chemistry-כימיה of El-אל, God, ٱللَّٰه‎).

Alchemy forms the electronic force, because consciousness is electronic.  The electronic world is the sixth dimension.  If we want to build or increase our consciousness, we have to develop the electronic energy that is in each one of us, through alchemy. 

Electronic energy is the source of positive energy that is located in the middle of our Muladhara chakra or the church of Ephesus, which is related with the fire of the Holy Spirit, according to the Bible.  According to the Zohar it is the Schekinah-שכינה. According to the Hindus it is the Kundalini or the electronic fire or the solar fire of the Holy Ghost. 

If we learn how to transmute our solar energy that we have in the sexual matter, in our sexual glands, then we can start creating our soul and increasing our essence with this same electronic force that is the Schekinah-שכינה, the Kundalini. 

The awakening of the Schekinah-שכינה, the Kundalini is the beginning of what it is to be “born again.” The awakening of the Schekinah-שכינה, the Kundalini is the beginning of the creation of the human soul; the beginning of the ascension of the human soul. 

Alchemy is the transformation of all of the energies of the physical body, for the advantage of our soul, beginning with the sexual energy which is the most powerful.  

The consciousness must be illuminated.  In order to do this, we must take consciousness from the darkness and put it into the light.  The darkness is the ego, the animal mind.  The light is our monad.  If we want to receive power through illumination and initiation, we have to annihilate the ego, the animal mind.  We must take the consciousness that is entangled within the mind and put it into the monad, the spirit.  Then we have the first factor: annihilation, that is, "let him/her deny himself or herself."

In our past lives, the animal mind reached the level of intellectual animal and started to evolve, to exist according to the mechanical laws of nature.  The result of this is the creation of karma, which is the law of cause and effect that arises from damages that we commit against nature, ourselves and our neighbor. 

So, we must annihilate this karma and in order to do this, we must balance our karma, the law of cause and effect, by doing good, by doing actions that are In favor of nature, in favor of ourselves and in favor our neighbor.  This is what we call Chesed-חסד charity; what we do in sacrifice to humanity, that is, "and follow me".  Chesed-חסד charity begins at home, it begins in our body.  Sacrifice, which means sacred office, or sacred duty, that is, to follow the Christ, the Solar Absolute, the Ain Soph Aur-אין סוף אור, and to become the human being of the world of creation, or Olam HaBriah-עולם הבריאה, who is superior to all the angels of the world of formation, or Olam HaYetzirah-עולם היצירה. 

So, “Let him (Satan or Gestas-Γεστάς) that stole steal no more (the solar light): but rather let him/her labour (in alchemy), working with their hands (Iodaim-ידיים) the thing which is good (for Chesed-חסד, their Spirit), that he (Chesed-חסד) may have to give to them who have need.” - Ephesians 4:28

Our sacred duty is to transmute, to annihilate our ego and to change ourselves into something good, to not be an animal, but rather to become true human beings into the image of God, and to help our neighbors, to help others, all of humanity.

By helping humanity, we also help nature. If we do not do this, the result is that we hurt nature. Now the mind is devolving, and it can become a destructive weapon against our own mother nature.
