or Arhan. (Sanskrit अर्हत्. Tibetan dra chompa) In exoteric usage, a title given to sutrayana practitioners who have eleminated the klesas; in other words, Sravakas and Pratyeka Buddhas (of the Spiral Path). 

In esotericism, arhat is a title for those who have raised the fourth serpent of kundalini.
