In Esoteric Medicine and Practical Magic, Samael Aun Weor provides several remedies to help in the prevention of nocturnal pollutions ("wet dreams"), which is the unwanted loss of sexual energy through orgasm during sleep. Of course, these remedies are only support for the overall effort to transmute the sexual energy, and must be used alongside improvements in ethics (ie. no porn, no fantasizing), and the daily use of transmutation exercises like pranayama and sexual magic, as well as daily meditation to eliminate the vices related to lust.
One remedy that is not explained in detail in the book is an "horchata" made from melon seeds. Because this sort of drink is very well-known in Latin America, there was no need in the Spanish editions to explain how to make it. For the benefit of those who want to make this remedy, here is a simple recipe:
- Seeds from a melon such as cantaloupe
- A pinch of salt
- Honey or agave nectar, to taste
- Variations: a drop of vanilla extract or the zest of a lime
Grind the melon seeds in a blender with about 2 cups of water until as smooth as possible.
Strain the liquid into a pitcher.
Put the strained seeds back into the blender with 2 more cups water and your other ingredients, if any (salt, sweetner, vanilla, etc) and blend until smooth.
Strain the liquid into the pitcher.
Keep this beverage cold and it will last longer.
Before bedtime, pour a serving into a glass, and bless it while asking your Divine Mother to command the elementals of the melons to heal you from the illness of nocturnal pollutions, then drink this medicine and go to bed.
Remember: these remedies cannot help you if you do not change your bad habits.
