Let us remember how Genesis, written by Moses, alchemically explains what we call initiation.
The word Mitsrayimah מצרימה or מצרים Misrahim, which in English is translated as Egypt, is a word that hides the mysteries of initiation.
If we visualize the land of Egypt in Africa, which in Hebrew relates to the word Mitsrayimah מצרימה or מצרים Misrahim, we will then discover that its main element is המים Mayim, the waters, which points precisely to the River Nile and the delta which empties into the Mediterranean sea. As we already explained in previous lectures, those waters relate to the fluids of our central nervous system.
When we read the bible we find that the founder of Judaism, whose name according to Genesis is Abraham, was the prophet who came from the city of Ur, which is written אור Aur, pronounced Or and means “light”; as it is written:
“I am יהוה that brought thee out of אור Ur of the כשדים Kashaddaim, to give thee this earth to inherit it.” - Genesis 15: 7
Abraham represents the sephirah Chesed of the Tree of Life that emanates from the Logoic triangle or Holy Trinity, which is one with the Ain Soph Aur or third aspect of the Absolute. So, from a kabbalistic, alchemical point of view, Abraham, Chesed, our Innermost, our inner Being, emanated from the celestial city of אור Ur of the כשדים Kashaddaim.
“And Abram journeyed, going on still toward the south. And there was a famine in the earth: and Abram went down into Mitsrayimah מצרימה Egypt to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the earth.” - Genesis 12: 9, 10
From אור Aur of the כשדים Kashaddaim, Abram went towards the south, down into the land of Egypt, which in Hebrew is Mitsrayimah מצרימה.
Mitsrayimah מצרימה contains the word צר tzar, “form,” between מי Mi and מה Mah. Mi (“who”) and mah (“what”) contain the letter Mem, which represents the upper and lower waters of Genesis. The word המים Ha-Mayim means “the waters.”
The word מרים Miriam, which is the Hebrew name for the mother of Jesus, is hidden in the word Mitsrayimah מצרימה Hebrew for Egypt. Mitsrayimah מצרימה represents the sephirah Malkuth.
The word Tzadik, meaning “righteous” and Tzedek “justice” are symbolized in the letter Tzaddi of Mitsrayimah מצרימה.
So, המים Ha-Mayim, מרים Miriam, and Tzadik or Tzedek are words hidden in Mitsrayimah מצרימה. The waters המים Ha-Mayim and מרים Miriam hold Tzaddi “righteousness” and “justice.” They comprise the meaning of the lecture, which we are going to talk about.
The letter צ tzaddi relates to chastity and justice; it is the letter that relates to Tzadik, the righteous being, the just initiate, the alchemist. The Tzedek, Tzadik, the righteous, the just, is not a fornicator. It is an alchemist. This is why it is written:
“The righteous shall inherit the earth, and shall dwell therein for ever.” - Psalm 37: 29
Malkuth, Mitsrayimah, מצרימה Egypt belongs to the just. Malkuth relates to our physicality and to the land or tissue that we have in our central nervous system. Mitsrayimah מצרימה is called Egypt in English. The waters of the Nile represent the fluids upon which our brain and spinal medulla are floating. These waters or fluids flow into “the Mediterranean sea” or the sexual fluids that we have in “the middle of our terra” or physicality.
Imagine the Mediterranean sea and the River Nile, and picture the central nervous system of a human alchemist. In front of that human being is Arabia, which is by the red sea. Obviously the first word that we find or land that we find after Egypt is what we call the mount of Sinai in Arabia. From that point of view, in order to go to the land Arabia or Sinai (which is what the bible talks about in Exodus), we have to be alchemists. This is why when we enter into initiation, we enter first into the mysteries of Egypt.
It is not as many people think, that a certain race went out from certain lands of Chaldea with Abraham, etc., and finally they stopped in Egypt, and there their descendants built the pyramids of Egypt. That is indeed a literal interpretation of Genesis. Such conception has nothing to do with the archetypical, alchemical description that Moses wrote. Genesis is an alchemical guidance for the alchemists; we are talking about alchemy through the different precepts which we are addressing. The Bible is full of archetypical statements related with this science of alchemy that unfortunately people ignore. But we know them, and this is why we are giving these explanations, in order for all of us to know how to enter into initiation.
If we enter into initiation then we enter as the letter צ tzadi into the land of Mitsrayimah מצרימה, Egypt, in order to work with the waters of the river Nile and Mediterranean sea, living symbols of our central nervous system, which is the throne of Abraham.
Abram has to journey from the north (Chesed) towards the south (Geburah) in order to acquire צדיק Tzedek (justice). Thus, as a צדיק Tzadik (righteous), he went down as the letter צדי Tzaddi into the waters of Mitsrayimah מצרימה Malkuth, Egypt. Such is precisely the initiatic descent of the spirit into our physicality in order to start manipulating המים Ha-Mayim, the waters of מרים Miriam. Chesed is precisely the Ruach Elohim that in the beginning, according to Moses, was hovering upon the face of המים Ha-Mayim, the waters. We repeat: המים Ha-Mayim, the waters, are represented by the fluids in our central nervous system and in the sexual glands. Those are המים Ha-Mayim, the creative sexual waters of מרים Miriam that our spirit Chesed, the צדיק Tzadik has to control from within.
According to the writings of Moses, Brith Esh ברית אש is the pact of fire that begins with Chesed, the inner Abraham of the alchemist, who in the triangle of ethics (Chesed-Geburah-Tiphereth), through Brith Esh ברית אש, the pact of fire, develops his archetypes, namely Isaac and Jacob.
“At the birth of Isaac, (צדק Tzedek) justice (Geburah) became united to (חסד Chesed) mercy; these divine attributes, symbolized by the patriarchs Isaac and Abraham, became blended in the person of Jacob, their offspring; and, therefore, it is written, 'Thou art my servant, oh Israel, in which I will be (תפארת Tiphereth) glorified.’” (Isaiah 49: 3). - Zohar
Then, at the level of the triangle of priesthood (Netzach-Hod-Yesod) the צדיקים Tzadikim, alchemists, develop their inner Joseph and subsequently their inner Aaron and Moses. Thus, when the צדיק Tzadik or alchemist within his causal body or inner Moses reaches the sixth dimension, the summit of Eloha Va Daath (Tiphereth, the fifth initiation of major mysteries), he beholds, in Daath, the almighty Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, who tells him.
“I am the god of thy father (your Monad, namely), the god of Abraham (Chesed), the god of Isaac (Geburah), and the god of Jacob (Tiphereth)…
“I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in (Malkuth) Mitsrayim מצרים Egypt...
“And I am come down (within you) to deliver them out of the Iod of (Malkuth, the tenth sephirah) Mitsrayim מצרים Egypt, and to bring their (Iod) up out of the (tridimensional) earth unto a good earth and a large, unto a (tetradimensional) earth flowing with milk and honey…" - Exodus 3: 6, 7, 8
Thus, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (our Inner Monad) along with Moses (the Causal Body) beholds the two ways, namely, the direct and spiral paths, and has to decide which of the two ways to follow. Moses wrote about these two paths in a symbolic manner.
Let us understand that once the just (the righteous alchemist) reaches Tiphereth (the human soul, the fifth initiation of major mysteries) the alchemist in the sixth dimension is facing the dilemma of following the spiral path or the direct path. This is precisely what we call the second aspect of the Exodus.
The Three Selections
Master Samael Aun Weor stated that the heavenly hierarchies have to make three selections.
The first selection is when initiates through Brith Esh ברית אש (the pact of fire, sexual alchemy) enter into initiation. In order to comprehend Brith Esh ברית אש, the pact of fire, the students have to receive lectures. They have to comprehend the doctrine of alchemy. They have to decide to walk on the path of the science of alchemy. This is how they enter into initiation, this is how they enter into Mitsrayimah מצרימה, Egypt, in order to control the waters of their Nile and their “Mediterranean waters” in themselves. Remember that Mediterranean means “the middle of the earth,” so the waters or fluids in “the middle of our terra” or physicality are the cerebral spinal and genital fluids where our spirit is hovering. So, those are the sexual waters that the initiates, the alchemists of the first selection have to control in order to achieve the first, second, third, fourth and fifth initiations.
Then when his inner Moses and inner Abraham (his Innermost) reaches the fifth initiation of major mysteries, he has to decide upon which of the two paths he will continue his alchemical work. The alchemist has to decide whether or not to follow the second selection, meaning the second selection of the Exodus, which is a very high work that the alchemist has to perform after reaching mastery. These two paths are represented in Genesis by the charitable life of Abraham. Regarding the former statement let us read the following quotation, written by this great alchemist and kabbalist Paul of Tarsus:
“Tell me you whose will is to be under the law, do you not hear [how] the law [is applied]? For it is written, that Abraham [Chesed] had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a free-woman.
“But the one who was of the bondwoman was born after the [law of reincarnation in the] flesh; but he of the free-woman was by the promise [in Daath].
“Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants [of fire]; the one from the Mount Sinai, which [through the spiral path] engenders to bondage, which is Hagar. For this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answers to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children [the Pratyeka buddhas]. But Jerusalem which is above [in Daath] is free, which is [Elah-Yam] the mother of all of us [the Bodhisattvas].
“For it is written: “Rejoice, O barren she who does not bear; break forth and cry aloud, you who are not in [physical] labor! For the children of the desolate [in Malkuth] will be more than those of she who has a husband [in Daath].”
“Now we, brethren [צדיק Tzadik alchemists], as Isaac was, are the children of the promise [in Daath].” [“Isaac, who is on (Geburah) the left hand (below the sephirah Daath), presides over the Beth Din or tribunal of (צדק Tzedek) Justice, whence are issued decrees and judgments.” - Zohar]
“But as then the one who was born after the [law of reincarnation in the] flesh (Malkuth) persecuted the one who was born [in Geburah-Daath] after the [Holy] Spirit, even so it is now. Nevertheless what says the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her children: for the children of the bondwoman shall not be heirs [of Chokmah as] with the children of the free woman. So then, brethren, we [Bodhisattvas] are not children of the bondwoman, but children of the free.” - Galatians 4: 21-31
Paul of Tarsus is addressing initiates, alchemists, not believers. The quotation is not concerned with what people think or believe or something of the sort, but with the will of those who are already doing the sexual alchemical work.
Notwithstanding, most of the alchemists who reach the fifth initiation of major mysteries choose to be under the law of reincarnation. What is the law? It is the law of karma. Those of the spiral path reincarnate periodically in Malkuth in order to pay what they karmically owe and in order to annihilate their egos. Slowly they go up towards the Absolute through many cosmic days.
The initiate that chooses the path of sacrifice for humanity engenders Isaac, the son of Geburah from the free woman. Sarah, the free woman, represents Aima Elohim in Daath. Agar is Malkuth, the wheel of Samsara that relates with the law of evolution and devolution; this is the wheel where many Buddhas Pratyekas reincarnate because they are still with ego. These are the צדיקים Tzadikim, alchemists that developed themselves under the law. As long as the צדיקים Tzadikim have defects, vices, and errors, they are under the law of karma, since the law of karma controls the ego. Karma controls the negative forces of Geburah. Yet, the free woman, who precisely represents Aima Elohim, the supreme forces of the Divine Mother, is represented in this allegory by Sarah the wife of Abraham, who is the one that begat Isaac.
Isaac represents צדק Tzedek (justice, Geburah, the spiritual soul) that became united to חסד Chesed (mercy, the Spirit), and whose divine attributes or archetypes (symbolized by Israel) became blended in Jacob (their offspring or human soul), who represents the initiate that creates the causal body (Moses). Thus, Moses descends with all of the powers of Jehovah Elohim in order to liberate Israel by means of the performance of the great alchemical work. Israel is liberated by means of the annihilation of all of the defects and vices, which are represented in the exodus by the people who serve the mechanical laws of Malkuth. This is done in order to achieve the complete self-realization by means of the total annihilation of פה-רע Phe-Ra (pharaoh, “the evil mouth,” the ego), in order to be completely clean from karma.
Yes, in order to be completely clean from karma we have to annihilate the ego, because the ego is under the law. But there are many thousands of initiates who prefer to go on the easier spiral path. They do not follow the direct path because it is very strict and demanding. Initiates from the direct path include Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, etc. They always show and teach how to kill, how to annihilate, our defects, vices, and errors. Their methods are written in books in a symbolic manner, as for instance the Mahabharata, which only the alchemists know how to read. In it Krishna talks to Arjuna about his relatives or psychological aggregates that we carry within our psyche, which are our egos. So that is precisely the point in this matter related to Abraham and Brith Esh ברית אש, the pact of fire.
The Pact of Fire
The word Barashyth בראשית, that is translated in the bible as Genesis, is an anagram that has been explained in many lectures and in different ways. Thus, the main point in this lecture is Brith Esh ברית אש, the pact of fire, is another anagram of Barashyth בראשית. It relates to circumcision. The pact of fire that all of us have to follow is chastity. The main point in circumcision or the elimination of that flesh, that prepuce or foreskin that cover the head of the male organ, is to understand the meaning of chastity which is what we are explaining here as sexual alchemy. Circumcision in alchemy means to eliminate the animal or desire sensation from the sexual organ. Thus, in the sexual act we must eliminate desire sensation and replace it for willpower sensation; this is done when we learn how to transmute the sexual energy.
At this point we have to understand what Brith Esh ברית אש, the pact of fire, precisely means. It is related to the letter י Iod, the tenth letter of the Hebrew alphabet.
The letter י Iod in the Hebrew alphabet is a dot that represents the sephirah Kether, the first emanation of the Ain Soph Aur, the abstract absolute light. Kether is a point in space. This is why the holy name of god יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei begins with י Iod. If we count the sephiroth from Kether down to Malkuth (without counting the sephirah Daath that represents the tree of good and evil) we count ten. So, the number ten represents the letter Iod. So if we look at the letter Iod as Kether, it represents the phallus, yet we must also know that Malkuth which is the sephirah number 10 represents IO, Ram-Io, the letter Iod of אדני Adonai.
“Let there be light” יהי אור Yehi Aur.
“The word יהי Yehi is composed of three letters, namely Iod being the first and third letters, and Hei coming between them. The Iod represents the male and the female principles. The full word is therefore a symbol of the divine Father (Kether) and Mother (Malkuth), the final Iod being the same as the first in order to show that all the three aspects or forms as stated, under which the Ain Soph (אור Aur) operated in the creation and production of the universe, were only the manifestations of one and the same divine (androgynous) Being.” - Zohar
The former quotation in accordance to letters and numbers. So the letter Iod hides many mysteries that we have to comprehend. As it is written:
“For as the lightning that comes out of the east (Kether), and shines even unto the west (Malkuth); so shall also the coming of (Abraham) the Son of (Adam Kadmon, the) man be.” - Matthew 24: 27
The former quotation alchemically means that the light, the ray of creation that emerges from within the Iod of Kether that in the tree of life descends “as the lightning from the East, and shines (in the North, Chesed and descends to the south, Geburah) even unto the West” (Malkuth), is the same אור Aur, light or Iods, or horns of יהי Yehi, the תיש Tayish of Barashyth ברא-שית (the ברא-תיש, the Iod of the שית Tayish of Abraham or the Iod or light of ביום B'Iom day of B'Hebaram בהבראם of Genesis 2: 4), and the light of יהי אור ויהי־אור Yehi Aur Va-Yehi Aur “Let there be light and there was light.” of Genesis1: 3
When that light or Iod reaches Malkuth, it continues to be the Iod, the light in the Vav, our spine. That light is the Iod of the Hei, Malkuth. That Iod is the tenth, one tenth, or what we call “the tithe.” Alchemically speaking the Iod is the 10% of the energy of Christ from the unknowable divine in the physical plane within our sexual energy.
So, kabbalistically and alchemically speaking, the Iod of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei represents the lingam, and the Hei represents the yoni. Vav represents the man and Hei represents the woman. The letter Hei is very important, since it is written twice in the spelling of the holy name of God. So the letter Hei also represents Malkuth or Assiah, the fourth of the four worlds of the tree of life, namely Atziluth, Briah, Yetzirah and Assiah. The fourth letter of the holy name of God is Hei. Thus, when we are addressing Malkuth, we are also addressing Assiah and likewise we are addressing Hei. That Hei is Malkuth, our physicality.
Yet when we address the letter Iod alchemically speaking, we are addressing the shakti potential of our physicality. In other words, if we want to find the most potent energy in our physicality, we find it represented by the letter Iod, which is precisely the one tenth or the tithe, the solar Christic energy within ourselves. This is very important to comprehend in order to understand the precepts of alchemy. It is written:
“In the ancient book of Enoch, the course of [Nahera נהרה] the celestial river of life [better said, heavenly river of light] is described as resembling the letter Iod י (or creative shakti potential) which enters into the composition of the seventy-two divine names [of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei] imprinted on the body of a child at time of birth, and denotes its purity.
“The first letter Iod [or fiery shakti potential] opens [Yesod, the foundation of the tree of life, the spine] as it were the womb of the second, the Hei, by means of which the Iod [the fiery shakti potential] becomes fruitful [along the tree of life, the Vav, the spine].” - Zohar
The book of Enoch describes the river that comes from Kether, the head of the ancient of days down into Malkuth as a river of life or river of light, in other words, the extension of the letter Iod or heavenly river of light becomes the letter Vav of ויהי־אור Va-Yehi Aur, the Iod, the light that descends from the crown of our head throughout the medullar canal and becomes the Iod of יסוד Yesod, in our sexual organs. This is why Jehovah said unto Moses:
“Sanctify me every first-born, opening any womb among the children of Israel, among Adam and among the beast; it is mine.” - Exodus 13: 2
Alchemically, we translate the former paragraph as follow:
“Sanctify me in every forge, that [shakti potential, or Iod, of the sperm] which cleaves the womb [of every woman-slave-Malkuth] among [the Alchemists, that is to say] the children [archetypes] of Israel [who are trapped in מצרים Misrahim], among Adam [in Tiphereth, the heart] and among בהמה Behemah [sexual bestial potency]; it is mine.” - Exodus 13: 2
The former quotation teach us how to free and return in the forge of Vulcan (the Holy Spirit, the Theomertmalogos) the light of the Iod of יסוד Yesod (sex), the light of the Iod of Chai חי (life), the light of the Iod of our Yam ים (sea), the light of the two Iods or male and female principles of Chaim חיים (divine life) from our sexual gonads, back to the Ain Soph Aur or Solar Absolute.
So, in other words, “Sanctify me in every forge.” What forge? The forge of Vulcan, the sexual act, where male and female work with fire. Alchemically speaking, it means, “sanctify my covenant in every sexual act, give to me that fiery sexual shakti potential which is within the sperm and ovum.” Since usually in the sexual animal act what the organism of the couple crave is to reach the physiological animal orgasm, and through the orgasm man and woman lose their fire, which is the fiery sexual shakti potential that nature and cosmos stored through metabolism in their sexual glands. Thus, when we read in the book of Exodus “Sanctify me in every forge,” namely, in every sexual act, “that which cleaves the womb,” namely, the fiery sexual shakti potential, understand that what cleaves the womb in every ordinary sexual act is the sperm that the male ejaculates. Thus, the sperm cleaves the womb, the uterus of the female, in order to create physical life.
Yet, alchemically speaking, when in the sexual act, we transmute the sperm into energy, then the energy or fiery sexual shakti potential cleaves a womb, but a spiritual womb which we all have; this is the spinal medulla. In alchemy the spinal medulla is a womb, where the fiery sexual shakti potential of the Holy Spirit arises; in Sanskrit this fiery sexual shakti potential is called Kundalini. In the book of Numbers Moses named this fiery sexual shakti potential the serpent of brass. Moses wrote:
“And יהוה Jehovah sent הנחשים השרפים the Nahashim Seraphim, fiery serpents (fiery sexual shakti potential) among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.”
They died because Moses, in the book of Genesis wrote:
“And (נחש Nahash) the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, has Elohim said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim hath said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.” - Genesis 3: 1-3
“Therefore the people came to Moses, and said, We have sinned, for we have spoken against יהוה Jehovah, and against thee; pray unto יהוה Jehovah, that he take away the serpents from us. And Moses prayed for the people. And יהוה Jehovah said unto Moses, Make thee a (שרף Seraph) fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole (spinal medulla): and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looks upon it, shall live. And Moses made a (נחש נחשת Nahash Nahashoth) serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole (spinal medulla), and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld (נחש נחשת Nahash Nahashoth) the serpent of brass, he lived.” - Numbers 21: 6-9
In Hebrew, נחש Nahash means one serpent and נחשת Nahashoth means brass, yet, since נחשת Nahashoth is written in feminine plural, it indicates two serpents; thus, together נחש נחשת Nahash Nahashoth denotes three serpents. The first serpent is נחש Nahash, which is the outcome of נחשת Nahashoth, the amalgamation of the other two serpents upon a cross, since the early letter ת Tav of the word נחשת Nahashoth, which grammatically indicates two serpents, was represented by a cross. This is why נחש נחשת Nahash Nahashoth indicates three serpents upon a pole. Thus, the שרף Seraph, fiery serpent, that Jehovah commanded Moses to make and set it upon a pole, means, to set a שרף Seraph upon the Sushumna canal, within the spinal medulla. The שרף Seraph is the outcome of the brass or alchemical amalgamation of two metallic elements, namely copper and zinc, red and blue, Yin and Yang, Ida and Pingala, Ob and Od, etc. So, the serpent of brass is actually the serpent from the brass, the outcome of the alloy of two metals, masculine and feminine. The serpent from the brass represents the fiery sexual shakti potential that cleaves the womb, but the spiritual womb, which is the spinal medulla or pole, Caduceus of Mercury. This is why Moses sets the serpent from the brass upon a pole. To that end, the serpent of brass is the (שרף Seraph) fiery serpent or fiery sexual shakti potential, the Divine Presence, the שכינה Schekinah, the outcome of נחשת Nahashoth, the brass, which is the sexual alloy of man and woman, Adam and Eve.
Comprehend this alchemical symbol, since נחש נחשת Nahash Nahashoth, the serpent of brass is what gives birth to the firstborn, Isaac, who opens the womb (our spiritual womb, the pole, the spinal medulla) among the children of Israel who are trapped in Malkuth.
Alchemically we wrote: “opening any womb of every woman slave in Malkuth,” because, alchemically speaking, whether we are male or female, our physicality is called “the woman.” Thus, “the woman” (our physicality) is slave of the sexual creative forces of nature or of what Moses called the הנחשים השרפים the Nahashim Seraphim, which in our physicality are the more subtle forces that represent our fiery sexual craving, our sexual potency in Yesod.
Also, our fiery sexual craving is “among Adam” so we have to also transmute the fiery sexual crave that is among Adam in Tiphereth (the heart).
“For from within, out of the heart of Adam, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders.” - Mark 7: 21
“And among the beasts,” among בהמה Behemah, who represent the sexual bestial craves ב-המה Be-Hamah “that roar” in our belly; remember that it is written:
“And נחש Nahash, the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim had made.” - Genesis 3: 1
So, the הנחשים השרפים the Nahashim Seraphim is not only related to Yesod (sex) but also to Adam (Tiphereth, the heart), and to בהמה Behemah, which is the inferior emotional center or solar energy in Hod; our solar plexus relates to the animal cravings of Behemoth. Indeed Behemoth squanders the solar forces, the manna from heaven. The archetypes of Israel, the Israelites, lived in the wilderness, nourishing themselves with that manna for forty years. Alchemists do likewise when they know how to transmute their physical bestial appetites and their main and more subtle force that is the sexual energy.
In that way we understand what the Zohar states about…
“…the letter Iod י or creative shakti potential which enters into the composition of the seventy-two divine names of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei imprinted on the body of a child at time of birth, and denotes its purity.” –Zohar
We already explained how the 72 names of God are related to the four worlds of Kabbalah. These names are represented by the holy letters of יהוה the holy name of God. 10 is Iod in Atziluth. 15 is Iod Hei in Briah. 21 is Iod Hei Vav in Yetzirah. 26 is Iod-Hei Vav-Hei in Assiah-Malkuth. Thus, by adding the values of the letters of יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei we have 26, which further is reduced as 2 + 6 = 8, ∞, the sign of the infinite. By adding the values of the letters of each of the four worlds, namely, 10 + 15 + 21 + 26 = 72 names of God. Then 7 + 2 = 9. The 72 names of God are synthesized in Yesod יסוד, the ninth sephirah. When adding the value of the letters of Yesod יסוד we have 10 + 60 + 6 + 4 = 80 = 8, ∞, the sign of the infinite. This is how “the letter Iod י in Yesod יסוד enters in the composition of the seventy-two divine names of God, which are imprinted on the body of the child” Isaac at time of his birth in Geburah, which denotes its sexual purity. This is done by extracting the letter ס Samech (“the Ouroboros”) from the letters that spell the word Yesod יסוד, which becomes the word יוד Iod (י). The ס Samech (“the Ouroboros”) is the fiery sexual shakti potential, the שכינה Schekinah, the שרף Seraph from הנחשים השרפים the Nahashim Seraphim, or solar forces hidden within the יוד Iod (י), which we have in יסוד Yesod our sexual organs. Thus, Yesod יסוד is what we have to sanctify.
So, do not look for יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim outside of you. Binah, יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim, is the creator in Yesod (sex), thus יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim is energy. Jehovah Elohim יהוה אלהים is the creative force in each one of us and also outside of us. Jehovah Elohim יהוה אלהים is everywhere. Therefore, if you want to take advantage of the force of Jehovah Elohim, then learn the practical science of alchemy. This explanation is very important in order to comprehend the twelfth precept of alchemy. According to the book of Tarot or Torah, the hanged man is the twelfth.
The Twelfth Precept
The twelfth precept concerns the tithes [the tenths, the Iods or seeds] on fruit trees, as it is written:
“And every tree in which is the fruit of a tree sowing seed, to you it is for food.” - Genesis 1: 29
When people read Genesis 1:29 literally, without any alchemical explanation, they think, “Well, according to Genesis, if I am in this physical world, I am willing to eat the fruits from any tree in order to feed my physicality.” That is a good thought but it doesn’t need to be written in scripture. There are many animals that know how to eat the fruits from many trees and they don’t need to read Genesis in order to do it. Monkeys do it. Yet, they don’t even have the slightest idea of what alchemy is, which is what we are talking about here. Thus, alchemically we say:
“And (the Chaiah חיה life, that is the Iod, the soul of Binah, the Holy Spirit, the soul of the mercury or shakti potential of) every tree (of knowledge), in which is the fruit of a tree yielding (זרע zera, semen in Hebrew, or brute mercury or solar) seed; to you (during sexual alchemy) it shall be for food.” - Genesis 1: 29
So, alchemically, we are addressing the זרע zera, the semen, the seed. Remember that alchemically speaking we are trees pleasant to the sight. It is written:
“And out of האדמה ha-Adamah, the ground, made יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim to grow (every physicality, which alchemically is) every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food. And the tree of life בתוך bethuk “within” the garden (our physicality), and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.” - Genesis 2: 9
So, there are two trees inside our physicality that make it pleasant to the sight. The tree of life, which represents the spinal medulla, and the tree of good and evil, which are the sexual organs. The Iod of these the two trees that are within us is what we have to take care of. These trees contain the Iod, which this commandment is addressing. This means that from the seeds of those two trees we can eat. But unfortunately people that don’t know alchemy don’t eat from those trees. They don’t know how to put in an activity the chakras for instance which are in the spinal column in order to eat the solar light and to awaken other senses and thus to comprehend the universal life. When they go to the sexual act instead of transmuting the sexual energy as an alchemist they enjoy reaching the orgasm of the beasts. In that way Christians, Jews, Muslims, Brahmans, Buddhists, etc. will never awaken their consciousness. The Iod is the food of the human soul, the soul (which in alchemy and in the bible is called Israel). Thus, if we want to feed Israel inside of us, we have to eat the Iod, the seed of those two trees. To eat that seed means to transmute the Iod. We should not eat it as the animals do. It is written:
“And יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim took Adam (the human soul), and put him into the garden of Eden (the physicality) to dress it and to keep it. And יהוה אלהים Jehovah Elohim commanded Adam (the human soul), saying, Of every tree of the garden (your physicality) you mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (your sexuality), you shalt not eat of it (like a beast): for in the day that you eatest thereof (like a beast) you shall surely die.” - Genesis 2: 15-17
Or, in other words:
“…though it is unlawful [according to the cosmic common trogo-auto-egocratic law] to keep what is consecrated to me [the Ain Soph Aur] I permit you to eat [better said, to sexually transmute] of the tenth [the Iod or shakti potential] of the products of the earth [your physicality], whether of grains [semen] or [of the] trees [of life and knowledge], in order that they may serve as [a spiritual] food to you [better said, to your consciousness] and not to future generations [in other words, not to generate through fornication, since people utilize the sexual force in order to generate as animals]. - Zohar
“Therefore, the tithe [the tenth, the Yod] becomes a practical and necessary complement of the dynamic principle which emanates from the profound study of the Tenth Commandment, in other words: (you should not covet your neighbors goods): We must consider the mysterious Iod which is hidden in the middle of the central delta (the central nervous system) of the sanctuary of our Being, as a fountain, spring, and spiritual providence of all the interior and divine centers of our [Chaiah חיה] life...
“Behold here the Twelfth Arcanum of the [Torath] Tarot. Behold here the union of the cross with the triangle. Behold here Sexual Magic. Behold here the realized work, the living human being that does not touch the earth [Malkuth], but only with thought.” - Samael Aun Weor
So, in other words, in order not to touch the earth but “only with thought” in the very sexual act, we have to be very gentle and control the mind and to transmute the Iod to your brain, to your head. If you transmute the Iod and Shakti Potential of your sexual energy, without spilling a single drop on your sexual force, you are then “touching the earth only with your thoughts.” This is the alchemical meaning of it.
“Therefore [in the sexual alchemical copulation] shall the Ish איש [the י Iod, the tithe, the shakti potential, of the fire אש] leave [ יה Jah] his father and his mother [sperm and ovum, their physical receptacles], and [up along the spine] shall [the י Iod, the tithe, open the womb, the spine and] cleave to [the head as Hei or אשה Isha, the Kundalini, the Serpent of Brass] his wife: and they [Ish and Isha, איש ו אשה , the fire of יה Jah, Abba and Aima Elohim] shall be one [fire in the ו Vav of husband and wife, that is, in the spinal medulla of their Hei, their] flesh [their physicality]. - Genesis 2: 24
The twelfth precept is to first by means of sexual alchemy bring up your spine the shakti potential of the fruits of Daath (tree of knowledge) and thereafter radiate the Light — that is, the fruits of Chaim, the tree of life — in all the areas of our life, as a true blessing for all humanity. Thus, in the evening, we perform the positive sexual connection of יה Jah with our חוה Chavah, for such an alchemical transmutation will be the seed given force for the rest of the day, given that the evening and the morning are one day; therefore:
יום ליום יביע אמר ולילה ללילה יחוה דעת
"Day after day utter a speech, and night after night experience knowledge.” - Psalm 19: 2
What the former psalm states is our alchemical duty. Since this is what we alchemists do, day after day we utter the doctrine, and when we go and practice sexual alchemy night after night, we experience knowledge (daath, gnosis).
“What, in fact, does man know? Nothing, and at the same time he is allowed to ignore nothing. Devoid of knowledge, he is called upon to know all. Now, knowledge supposes the duad – a being who knows and an object known. The duad is the generator of society and of law: it is also the number of Gnosis. The duad is unity multiplying itself in order to create, and hence in sacred symbolism Eve issues from the inmost bosom of Adam. Adam is the human tetragram, summed up in the mysterious IOD, type of the kabbalistic phallus. By adding to this IOD the triadic name of Eve, the name of Jehovah is formed, the Divine Tetragram, which is eminently the kabbalistic and magical word, יהוה, being that which the high-priest in the temple pronounced IODCHAVAH.” - Eliphas Levi
Iod-Chavah יחוה is a very important word that we must comprehend. Iod-Chavah יחוה is spelled Iod-Chet-Vav-Hei and pronounced Jahchavah, which means “to experience.” We have to experience knowledge night after night. Daath is knowledge; the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Iod-Chavah יחוה means to experience sexual alchemy night after night.
Day after day intuitive Kabbalists utter knowledge. This is what is called רצון לתת Ratzon L’tet, “the will to give.” And night after night we experience, the will to receive, רצון לקבל Ratzon L’kabel, we learn, we receive from Chokmah in Daath.
Comprehend, if during the night we receive and don’t give during the day, then there is no harmony in our solar work. This is why we are giving this knowledge. We need to give it. This is רצון לתת Ratzon L’tet, the will to give. In the night we experience רצון לקבל Ratzon L’kabel, the will to receive the Iod, the light, from Malkuth, our Chavah, our physicality and the Iod from Yesod, our sexuality. The genitalia is also call Chavah, Eve, either in the male or the female.
So, night after night husband and wife receive the tenth, the tithe, the Iod, the light. The tithe, the Iod of the light, belongs to Kether, because according to the Cosmic Common Trogo Autoegocratic Law everything that descends from above (the Ain Soph Aur, the Solar Absolute) has to return to the Solar Absolute. To give and to receive is a cosmic solar cycle. All of the universe is under that solar law; this is how the life of the universe is sustained.
Our physicality works under that solar law. We receive solar energy; the sun nourishes us through the mouth, the nose, through impressions that we receive through the senses. We fill the genitalia of our physicality with that solar sexual force. Thus mechanically speaking, our physicalities receive and transform that solar energy and give to the earth to be nourished, and the earth returns that solar energy to the solar absolute. That is how the universe is sustained alchemically speaking. So, the solar energy that we are talking about is the solar Iod Kether, that belongs to the light of the Ain Soph Aur.
“So, what profit has the man (who fornicates) of all his labour which he takes under the sun? One generation passes away, and another generation comes: Yet, the earth to the age is standing. And the sun arises, and the sun goes down, and hastes to his place (the Ain Soph Aur) where he arose.” - Ecclesiastes 1: 3-5
This is why the twelfth commandment relates to the twelfth precept that concerns the tithes (the tenths, the Iods or seeds) on fruit trees, as it is written:
“And every tree in which is the fruit of a tree sowing seed, to you it is for food.” - Genesis 1: 29
So, take the tenths, to you it is for food. What is the tenths? Somebody might interpret it literally and say: that is the 10% of your income; yet, alchemically it means: Take for your enlightenment the Samech, the Ouroboros, the solar light that is hidden in the יוד Iod of יסוד Yesod, your sexual organ; yes, the Iod, which is the tenth letter, in Malkuth, your physicality.
Now let us talk about Jesus, Mary his mother, and John his disciple, since they relate to the twelfth precept or commandment that states:
“Thou shalt make thy light shine.”
This is how we will learn how to accomplish with certain steps of the stations of the cross. One of the stations of the cross is when Jesus talks to his mother Miriam and his disciple John.
So, through the alchemical cross Adam (our brain) will know חוה Chavah (our sex) his wife, who will say:
“I have gotten a man from יהוה Jehovah God.” - Genesis 4:1
Other translations say, “a man from the Lord.”
Yet alchemically we say:
“I have gotten an Ish איש (a י Iod, or shakti potential, of the fire אש) from Iod-Chavah יחוה.” - Genesis 4: 1
This means that the alchemist will eventually create Isaac within himself from the alchemical cross, meaning, from Iod-Chavah יחוה.
Thus, by not ejaculating Chaiah חיה life, the life of יה Jah, the alchemist makes the light of the Ain Soph Aur his own light, which blooms in his heart as wisdom and knowledge. This wisdom and knowledge is Iohannes Ra, the son of חוה Chavah, the mother of חי Chai, all living. Iohannes Ra is the outcome of our sublimated חיה Chaiah, the soul of Binah or soul of the mercury that through sexual alchemy we take from our sexual seed, the Iod or brute mercury.
“Therefore, when יהשוה Yeshua (the Shin, the fire of Chokmah) saw his mother (Aima Elohim in Daath), and his disciple (the human soul) standing by, whom he loved, he said unto his mother, (אשה Isha, Fiery) Woman, behold thy son (the human soul in Tiphereth)!
“Then he said to his disciple, Behold thy mother (Elah-Yam, אלה-ים the Sea Goddess in Daath)! And from that hour that disciple (or Bodhisattva) took her (the Brazen Serpent) into his own heart.” - John 19: 26, 27
That is precisely the mystery of that saying of master Jesus on the cross.
In Christianity they talk about the fourteen steps of the cross. In alchemy the cross is important: the vertical beam represents the lingam (masculine sexual organ), and the horizontal represents the yoni (feminine sexual organ). When they are united, they form a cross and perform the 14 steps of alchemy between Jesus and Mary Magdalene, which relate to the alchemical precepts that in the book of Zohar are explained in an alchemical kabbalistic manner, but that are also shown in the Gospels of the Lord.
The Divine Mother or the Blessed Mother Mary or Mariam in Hebrew represents אלה-ים Elah-Yam, the goddess of the sea. Even in this day they worship the mother of Jesus as the virgin of Carmel, the virgin of the sea. This in order to alchemically point that she represents the female aspect of the forces of אלהים Elohim; which is precisely אלה-ים Elah-Yam, “the sea goddess,” in Hebrew.
So, when the initiate reaches the fifth initiation of major mysteries, and chooses to follow the direct path, he becomes John, Iohannes Ra, or Johannan, because he receives a gift from Ra, God.
Then Osiris Ra, Christ says to the human soul: behold your mother and he says to the mother, the free woman, behold your son. Thus, Christ, Osiris Ra, reincarnates in the human soul, and John, the human soul, becomes one with Osiris Ra, meaning John becomes Iohannes Ra. This is a mystery of alchemy that we are learning through these alchemical precepts.
Now let us enter into the study of the thirteen precept.
The Thirteenth Precept
“The thirteenth precept relates to the alchemical work of redemption or purchase of the first born [Israel, whose archetypes are in bondage in Misrahim, Egypt] and thus making its life assured [by connecting them to Tiphereth through Chaiah the power of Otz Chaim, the tree of life], for there are two angels, one of which is the lord of life [Chaiah], the other the lord of death [Maveth], always hovering near and about at the time of birth [of any master of fifth degree]. When [the Kether of] a man [as Moses] redeems his child [Israel] from the power of [the second] death [by means of the alchemical ritual of life and death, that implies the separation of the consciousness from the process of the second death] then it [the second death] has no power or influence over the life of [Israel's archetypes] his offspring. Thus, when an alchemist redeems his consciousness, he redeems it from Klipoth, and takes it out of death's control. This is the esoteric meaning of the words:
"And Elohim saw everything that he [Asher or Who] had made [through Assiah or Mah, the Mother], and, behold, it was טוב מאד very good. And Yehi the evening, and Yehi the morning, the sixth day." - Genesis 1: 31
“The word טוב tob, good designates אוד the angel lord of life, the word מאד very the angel lord of אוב death, necromancy.
“By redemption, the one [Od = Chai] is strengthened, the other [ אוב Ob = death] enfeebled and has, as we have just said, no longer power over the child [Israel].” - Zohar
The thirteenth precept is related with אוב death and אוד life. When we talk about Ob and Od as the two witnesses Ida and Pingala from the alchemical point of view, we write them as עד and עבד with the letter Ayin; yet here we have written them with the letter Aleph because אב Ob and אד Od represent the two polarities Abbah and Ima of the one who enters into the fifth initiation of major mysteries. We have written them with Aleph because the word טוב Tob that means good is the אב Ob of אברהם Abraham, the lofty father, and the Od of מאד Meod is the feminine אד mist of מ Mem, the waters of האדמה Ha-Adamah, the ground, the מה Mah, the woman.
Thus, as we read אב Ob and אד Od are represented by two angels, life and death. 13, mother death follows the one who enters into the direct path, which is synthesized in the letter Mem of אברהם Abraham, the thirteenth precept. This is why there are many superstitions related to the number 13, because it relates to Divine Mother Death, one of the aspects of the Divine Mother. Yes, she, the Divine Mother, gives life and also takes it away; this is the cycle of nature, which is her domain. But for the initiate that follows the direct path, 13 is טוב מאד Tob Meod, a “very good” number, since every time that mother death kills or better said, initiatically speaking, when we are killed, in the internal planes by mother death, a spark of light, a virtue, a power, is born within the consciousness.
In all religious books, as for instance the bible, we read how David kills ten thousands and Saul one thousand. In the Mahabharata from India, we read about the annihilation, the killing of Arjuna’s relatives; and in the Koran of Arabia the smite of the unbelievers, the disloyal ones. Listen: alchemically, our relatives, the unbelievers, the disloyal ones, are not outside of us, but inside of us, they personify our psychological defects, vices, and errors and all of those animal aspects that we have to annihilate. We have to kill them, but inside, through sexual alchemy, by knowing how to work with the masculine and feminine forces of our sexual fire, which are symbolized in the burning bush of Moses. The solar fire of Ra is the Shin within the Iod of Israel that liberates our El God from the mechanical forces of Malkuth.
“And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith, יהוה Israel is my son, even my firstborn.” - Exodus 4: 22
In order to understand Ob and Od, the Zohar states:
“This is the esoteric meaning of the words: "And God saw every thing that he had made and behold it was טוב מאד Tob Meod very good." The word טוב “Tob” good designates the angel lord of life, the word מאד “Meod” very, the angel lord of death.”
Thus, Zohar associates Od אד with evil and with the woman. It is written: “And the Serpent was craftier…. And he said unto the woman.” (Genesis 3:1) The first verse means: והנחש היה ערום - Vav, the serpent was craftier. The second verse means: ויאמר אל־האשה Vav said unto the woman.” The sexual craving, is the word מאד very, which is the angel lord of אוב death. Thus מאד Meod, “very” is the feminine אד mist of מ Mem, the waters of האדמה Ha-Adamah, the ground, our physicality. So, מאד Meod “Very” are the sexual allures of the serpent in our physicality that tempted Eve our sexuality.
The Hebrew word אוד Od means “ember,” it contains the Vav, the right serpent in the middle; yet, the Hebrew word אוב Ob means “witchcraft, sorcery,” it contains the Vav, the left serpent in the middle. These are אוד Od and אוב Ob, the two serpents. It is written that by means of the arousing of the mist of the ground, אוב Ob was the serpent that tempted Eve through witchcraft and sorcery; אוב Ob is a lunar force which relates to procreation.
This is how many male alchemists, through the arousing of the mist of their ground and of the female body, their woman, are tempted by אוב Ob, the lunar force, especially through procreation. Naturally the woman wants to fulfill her destiny of being a mother. All of her psychosomatic being craves for pregnancy. Yet, when women control that Meod מאד natural craving, as Madame Blavatsky or Joan of Arc did, they become masters. The man has also to fight agains his own physicality, against Meod מאד the craving of being a father, which is natural and has nothing bad about it; yet in alchemy we have to give all of our tithes, the 10 % of what we physically receive from the universe and nature to our own Inner God. To that end, to give to God our tenth, our Tithe, our Iod means:
“Thou shalt love יהוה Jehovah your אלהים Elohim with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy (sexual Meod מאד) might.” - Deuteronomy 6: 5
“In Atziluth (the world of archetypes, the world of becoming), the first born son (Israel) is the Iod within which is the Shin or shakti potential of Ra, the Ain Soph Aur that manifest through El - Kether; in Briah (the world of creation) and in Yetzirah (the world of formation) it hovers with El (Chesed, Abraham) above Yesod in order to alchemically work with the waters of life and death in Assiah. Thus, the fire of Iod from Ra protects the El of all alchemists who are born and dead through these sexual alchemical precepts.” – Zohar
When we say that they are born and dead, this does not mean physically but alchemically. When we are transmuting the Iod, the sexual shakti potential, we are being born spiritually in the light, because only the sexual energy can give birth. Yet, we can also apply the sexual force in order to annihilate our defects and vices. This is how we die on the sexual cross, which are precisely the crossing of Ob and Od, the two forces that enter into activity in any master that enters into the fifth initiation and who takes the direct path; for them it is mandatory to work with death. The masters of the spiral path die psychologically little by little, but those of the direct path work with death very often, they have to completely clean themselves of ego. Thus, Ob and Od are precisely what Moses found in the burning bush before his Inner God, represented by two angels, one on the right and the other on the left, one of life and the other of death, the latter in order to annihilate all of that witchcraft that all of us have within, which is called אוב Ob.
“Wherever in the scripture the word יהי' Yehi' (becoming) is used, it addresses the Divine Light (אהיה -Eheieh-Kether-the Ancient of Days) both within (Chesed, the Innermost of) this world and (the Logos of) the world of becoming (Atziluth). So יהי Yehi the divine light and splendor [Tiphereth], though refracted and reflected by the Sephiroth, is only one and the same.” – Zohar
The word יהי Yehi is composed of three letters, namely Iod being the first and third letter and the letter Hei coming between them. The two letters Iod represent the shakti sexual potential of Kether and Malkuth, Adam and Eve, sexually united by their genitalia, represented by the last letter Hei of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, thus sexually forming one divine androgynous enlightened being. Eventually, by means of sexual alchemy, the first Iod of יהי Yehi transforms the letter Hei into a letter ח Chet, and thus transforming the light of יהי Yehi into Chai חי life. Since, when the light or Iod of Vav and Zain are transmuted in the sexual alchemical act they form one single light or Iod that unite them both, thus forming the letter ח Chet. As it is written:
“And (Iod) Adam (the brain) called (the male and female genitalia) his אשת Ishoth wives, and name (them) חוה Chavah Eve; because she (the male and female genitalia in Malkuth) is the mother of all חי life.” - Genesis 3: 20
Therefore, by this sexual alchemical act of redemption, that is, by this psychological alchemical death, Od the ultraviolet light is strengthened and Ob the infrared light is weakened. Through psychological death one purchases solar light for oneself, as has been mentioned, so that the Klipothic lunar light leaves the alchemist alone and does not cling to him anymore.
“And Elohim called the light Day.... And יהי Yehi the evening and יהי Yehi the morning, the first [light] day.” - Genesis 1: 5
When alchemists completely eliminate the whole ego, they no longer have the problem of learning how to transmute their sexual energy. Yet, now we have to learn how to transmute our sexual energy because we have within a lot of that which is called אוב Ob, namely, a lot of lustful witches, sorcerers, and demons within. People always think that all of those witches, sorcerers, and demons that the Bible mentions along with the Koran and other sacred books, are people who are out there doing wickedness; yes, we understand that there are wicked people doing wicked things out there, since a lot of people who enjoy practicing witchcraft and sorcery exist in this world. But, when the Bible and other sacred books are addressing wickedness, they are addressing all of us, because all of that wickedness is within all of us, too, and very alive. This is what we honestly learn when studying these alchemical precepts from the Zohar. So, let us be psychologically honest and do not become hypocritical pharisees, namely, demons who pose as saintly.
We all know that there are people who practice witchcraft.
“However incredible it seems, it is good to know that many honorable and religious people carry the ego of sorcery within them.
“In other words, we can state that honest and sincere people who in spite of knowing nothing about occultism, esotericism, etc. in their present existence, carry nonetheless within them the ego of sorcery. It is obvious that this ego often travels through time and space to cause harm to others. A fleeting interest in sorcery in any past life could have created such an ego.
“This means that there are many people in the world who, without knowing it, unconsciously practice witchcraft. Verily I say unto you that there are many devotees of the Path who also carry within themselves the ego of sorcery. We conclude this... by saying: “All human beings, although they are upon the path of the razor’s edge, are more or less black internally as long as they have not eliminated the pluralized ego.” - Samael Aun Weor
This is why the alchemist has to die on the alchemical cross, in the sexual act, in the Brith Esh, pact of fire. The sexual fire is what counts and what we have to control. We have to steal the fire or shakti potential from our physicality, from our lust, which is the devil, the כשדים Kashaddaim, that we carry within.
“The “I” is the demon that we carry within. Concerning this affirmation, we can say that the work of the dissolution of the “I” is really the work with the demon. This work is very difficult. When we work with the demon, tenebrous entities launch terrible attacks against us. This is really the path of the astute man, the famous fourth path, the path of Tao. The origin of the sinful “I” lies in lust. The ego, Satan, is subject to the law of the eternal return of all things. It returns to new wombs in order to satisfy desires in each one of its lives. The “I” repeats the same dramas, the same errors. The “I” complicates itself over time, each time becoming more and more perverse.
“Satan's death is done through the alchemical cross. The Satan that we carry within is composed of atoms of the Secret Enemy. Satan had a beginning; Satan has an end. We need to dissolve Satan in order to return to the Inner Star that has always smiled upon us. This is true final liberation. Only by dissolving the “I” [through the alchemical cross] can we attain absolute liberation.” - Samael Aun Weor
So, in the 13th precept, the Lord dies on the cross.
Now, let us study the lights of Abraham and Isaac in relation to this type of annihilation.
“And Elohim called the light Day and the darkness He called Nigh.... And Yehi the evening [Isaac] and Yehi the morning [Abraham], the day one.” - Genesis 1: 5
The Zohar states:
“The light emanating from the Divine [Ain Soph Aur] is expressed in the word בראשית Barashyth [better said: ברא-תיש Bera Tayish]" of which the first part, ברא bra, contains the initial letters of the name אברהם Abraham [Chesed], to which scripture refers: ‘And יהוה appeared to אברהם Abraham as he sat at the door of his tent in the heat of the day (when the sun is in its zenith)." - Genesis 18: 1
“The esoteric meaning of which is as follows: When Abraham [created Isaac, he] sat at the door of his tent (Chesed); that is (the North), at the gate [of Daath] that separates the higher and lower worlds, symbolized by the (two Iods in the shape of the) letter א Aleph, he felt the great heat of the day [the heat of the day is when the sun is in its zenith, which is the north]; that is, he became mentally and spiritually enlightened by the (rising of the) divine light of [Kether, whose kingdom is in the first triangle] the First Logos (the East).
“The light of [Chokmah, whose kingdom is in the second triangle] the Second Logos [refers to תיש -tayish the second part of בראשית Barashyth, that] was beheld by Isaac when, in the cool of the evening when the sun (of midnight, Chokmah) was going down (to the South), he prayed for the coming of this light [into Malkuth, the West], as it is written: And Isaac [Geburah] went out to meditate in the field at the evening (when the sun is descending into Geburah). - Genesis 24: 63
The light of (Binah) the Third Logos, that proceeds from the other two, was that seen by Jacob (Tiphereth), as it is written: "And as he passed, peniel the sun rose upon him and he halted upon his thigh" (Genesis 33: 31). At eventide he beheld the light called and known as the victory of Israel, and he halted on his thigh, because this light of sephirothic origin constitutes (Netzach) the thigh in the sephirothic figure (that is in the third triangle, the kingdom of Binah).
The light of תיש Tayish, symbol of יהי Yehi (Binah), appears as a איל Eil, ram (Geburah), caught in a thicket by his Iods or horns, when Abraham was going to sacrifice Isaac; in other words, a ram appears when Chesed, the Innermost of the initiate who works with these two lights, Iods or horns, was going to sacrifice the evening, Isaac, the light of Geburah that sets in theה Hei of Malkuth, in the first initiation of major mysteries.
The evening and the morning are the two horns, lights or Iods of יהי Yehi in the first second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth days or initiations of Genesis. Now, according to Zohar:
“The kabbalistic word "את Ath” composed of the first and last letters of the Hebrew alphabet, denotes also אלהים Elohim who dwells in the heavens.” - Zohar
ברא-שית אל-ברא-הים את השמים
Bera Tayish El-Bra-Haim Ath Ha-Schamayim
Bera Tayish, God created the sea and Ath, the heavens.
The word בראשית Barashyth, better said ברא-תיש Bera Tayish, is divided in two parts, ברא bera that contains the initial letters of the name אברהם Abraham [Chesed] and שית that contains the letters of תיש tayish (Geburah) that absorbs ברא Bera (Abraham) and אלהים את Elohim Ath, who dwells in the heavens.
Abraham who is Chesed in the right side of the tree of life, spiritually enlightened by the divine light of Kether the First Logos, represents the morning of the first day or the light emanating from the city of Ur or divine Ain Soph Aur as expressed in the first three letters, namely ברא Beth, Reish, Aleph, that hide the name Abraham in the word בראשית Barashyth, that is translated as Genesis.
Isaac is Geburah on the left side of the tree of life; he holds the light of the evening, Chokmah, the Second Logos, and relates to the other letters of בראשית Barashyth, namely, תיש Tav, Iod, Shin, that in Hebrew spells Tayish, a word that points at two animals, either a he-goat or a ram. The sacrifice of Isaac by Abraham encloses the mystery of this two lights. As it is written:
“And Abraham (אל בראהים El Brahim, Chesed) stretched forth his hand (his Iod יוד – ידו Iod, his light), and took את “Ath,” to consume it, to slaughter את “Ath,” (Elohim Ath אלהים את) his son. And (from Geburah) the angel of יהוה Jehovah (Binah) called unto him out of השמים Ha-Schamayim, the heavens, and said, Abraham, Abraham: and he said, behold me (performing Bara-shyth Bara ברא-שית ברא). And he said, Lay not thine hand (thine Iod יוד – ידו Iod, thy light) upon the lad (physical body), neither do thou any thing unto him: for now I know that thou fears אלהים Elohim (Gibor), seeing thou hast not withheld את “Ath,” thy son, thine only son את “Ath,” from me (Geburah). And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and looked, and behold behind him a איל Eil, ram (the י Iod of אל God) caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took את “Ath,” the איל Eil, ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of (the body of) his son (Isaac).” - Genesis 22: 10-13
The former narrative is an alchemical relation of the two lights or Iods of יהי Yehi in the first initiation of major mysteries in which we see the dilemma of not being worthy or physically withholding such initiation, because our incarnated soul still retains in the physical body many defects, vices and errors, so Abraham through a burnt offering (sexual alchemy) has to sacrifice the Iod, the fire of Malkuth and give it back to Geburah, in that process the physical body of that soul by law has to die. Thus, instead of losing his physical life, and thus fulfilling the karma of fornication, that should be the death of his physicality, the initiate “beholds behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns,” the ram symbolizes, the fire of Aries, the fire of Geburah caught by the parasympathetic and central nervous systems, tree of knowledge and tree of life. Chesed offers the fire of את Ath, Chokmah (the Alpha and Omega) as a burn offering to Geburah, which means that by sacrificing the self-willed animal ego, Chesed overcomes, for a while, the karma of his soul, that is the death of his physicality, since Chesed still needs to walk on the path of sanctity or realization of the rest of the days or initiations of Genesis; this is why the ram of Geburah and the he-goat of Binah appears, not only in that part of Genesis, but in other parts of the Bible, where we read how the ram or the goat has to be sacrificed; those animals symbolize the fire of the left column of the tree of life; Tayhish relates to the fires of Binah and the איל Eil, ram, to the fires of Geburah trapped within Malkuth our physicality.
The letter Tav of תיש Tayish, is the last letter of Malkuth and the Hebrew alphabet, the Iod is the Shakti potential in Malkuth, and the letter Shin represents the fire within the Iod. So Brith Esh, ברית אש, the pact of fire, is the way of the two Iods of INRI, the sacrifice of fire, where we sacrifice our animal flesh and the psychological animals that we carry within by means of INRI, the double fire of the cross of chastity. By means of the two Iods of INRI the cross of chastity we transmute our sexual energy, By means of the two Iods of INRI the cross of chastity we eliminate our ego. This is how we become a Tzadik, a righteous. As it is written:
“The צדיק Tzadik (righteous) rules in the fear of Elohim.” - 2 Samuel 23: 3
Thus, this is how we understand that איל Eil, the ram, which is the symbol of Aries and תיש Tayish, the he-goat, which is the symbol of Capricorn, represent the fire. Aries is the house of Mars-Geburah-death, and Capricorn the house of Saturn-Binah-death. Both animals point at the alchemical work that we have to perform in order for karma to be overcome. Why karma? Because Isaac represents Geburah, and Geburah is the law, karma; so we have to pay what we owe by sacrificing our animality in the sexual act. Yet, if we reach the spasm or the orgasm of the beasts, we are not sacrificing our animality, but only if we avoid it, and sublimate the Iods of תיש Tayish and איל Eil; only in this way we are sacrificing the Iods of איל Eil the ram and תיש Tayish the goat, their sexual fire; thus, by the annihilation of תיש Tayish our animal lust, our animal ego becomes תש tash “weakened,” and by performing the burnt sacrifice of the Iod of איל Eil, our Abraham becomes a אל god.
Let us not fall into the mistaken interpretation of believing that by physically sacrificing an ordinary lamb, ram or goat, we will receive the pardon of our karma, since there are people that think like that and who perform those sacrifices, and remain with their animal ego very fat and alive. The death sacrifices of irrational and rational animals only appease the forces of nature, yet those who perform them still remain under the law of karma.
Thus, only by performing this sexual alchemical sacrifices on the cross is how we come out of the law of karma, that is, we overcome the law of karma. The virtues peace, love, faith are under the superior laws that wash the law of karma. The law of karma is not going to punish you when you are charitable, but only when you are stealing, coveting the neighbor’s goods, then the law of karma falls on you. So, we need to acquire charity, and in order to acquire it we need to annihilate covetousness, and for that we need comprehension.
The fire of איל Eil, the ram, represents the fire of Samael-Geburah that we need to control in order to expiate our own karma, our sins, thus we need to save it. Yet, if you are not going to save it, how do you expect that INRI, the fire of Christ, will help you to annihilate your ego? The lamb of God that erases the sins of the world is INRI, the fire of Christ. When we accumulate that fire in us and apply it wisely in us it erases our sins.
The Fourteenth Precept
Let us now enter into the mystery of the fourteenth precept that relates to Sabbath, the seventh day of Genesis when counting the sephiroth from Chesed down to Malkuth.
So, the Sabbath is related to the alchemical work that Chesed Abraham performs on Malkuth, our physicality. Kabbalistically and alchemically, Chesed relates to the first day of Genesis, and Malkuth to the seventh. In the beginning of the cosmic day, Chesed, the spirit, was created first, and thereafter our physicality; since physically, we were created a few years ago in the sexual act. So, our physicality is the Sabbath; talking in a general way, we must know that all of these precepts go directly to our physicality. So these precepts are directly related to the practice of sexual alchemy.
Those who follow the strict rules of orthodox Judaism perform the sexual act only on Friday night which is the evening of Saturday, because the sunlight of Saturday is the morning, thus, the Sabbath ends when the sun sets again. As Genesis states, “and the evening and the morning one day.” Notwithstanding, we are going to address the Sabbath alchemically in order for us to understand all of these symbols that we read in the book of Genesis and other books of the bible.
“The fourteenth precept has respect to rest [our sexual alchemical] work on [the dawn of] the sabbath day, as did Elohim [because on זאת zoth, this Venus Elohim] rested his work of creation. As it is written: מי זאת Mi Zoth “Who is this that comes out of the wilderness.” - Song of Songs 3: 6
“The two words מי זאת Mi Zoth, "who" and “this," refer to two holy beings intimately associated and joined together by a tie which is termed olah (sacrifice).” - Zohar
“His mouth is most sweet: yes, he is altogether lovely. This [זה] is my beloved, and this [זה] is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem. - Song of Songs 5: 16
“And on [זאת zoth] this seventh [light] day Elohim finished his work which he had made; and he rested on [זאת zoth] this [Zain Aleph Tav, the שבת, the daughter, the] seventh [light] day [Saturnian light or Saturnian day] from all his work which he [אשר asher] had made [through Zain Aleph Tav, עשה Assiah, Malkuth].
“And Elohim blessed [Zain] the seventh [light or saturnian] day, and made it holy, because on [זאת zoth] this [Zain Aleph Tav, עשה Assiah, the שבת, the seventh light, the saturnian light] he rested to perform all his work which he [אשר asher] had created and made [in עשה Assiah].” - Genesis 2: 2,3 - Zohar
“And this הזאת Hazoth stone, which I have set for a pillar, shall be Elohim's house: and of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.” - Genesis 28: 22
Zain is the seventh letter of the Hebrew alphabet. The two Hei of Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei is the letter that is within the name Abraham that represents Chesed, and this [זאת zoth] Malkuth, thus, alchemically speaking the letters that spell “this” [זה in Hebrew] represent Chesed and our physicality. So, Zain, the seventh letter, as well as the letter Hei points above and below at Chesed and Malkuth.
Thus, “Who is this that comes out of the wilderness.” should be translated alchemically as “Who is This [זה] that comes up there by the word of God.” - Song of Songs 3: 6
So, who is this [זה] Chesed that begets [זאת zoth] this light. When we alchemically work on our Sabbath, our physicality, we have to concentrate on our God, on our Chesed, on our Abraham, on our Innermost, and beg him to beget his light on our physicality. This is what the swan represents in the story of Leda and the swan. Leda is our physicality and the swan is the Holy Spirit. This myth holds the same mystery of the immaculate conception.
It is written:
“And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel (Geburah El) was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, to a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Yeshuah, Jesus.” - Luke 1: 26-31
The swan or the white dove represents forces of Kether, descending through Chesed in order to work in our physicality. This is why Solomon said:
“His mouth is most sweet: yes, he is altogether lovely. This [זה] is my beloved (the Holy Spirit), and this [זה] is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem (our physicalities). - Song of Songs 5: 16
When we read the former canticle we know that Solomon is talking about sexual alchemy, the sanctity of sex, which also throws light in the book of Genesis chapter 2, where Jehovah Elohim who is the swan (the Holy Spirit, Binah in the tree of life) made everything through Chesed on the seventh day, Malkuth.
“And on [זאת zoth] this seventh [light] day Elohim finished his work which he had made; and he rested on [זאת zoth] this [Zain Aleph Tav, the שבת, the daughter, the] seventh [light] day [Saturnian light or Saturnian day] from all his work which he [אשר asher] had made [through Zain Aleph Tav, עשה Assiah, Malkuth].”
Indeed, all of us were physically made on the seventh day, that is, we were made in the sexual act of the physicalities of our father and mother, who did not sanctify their Sabbaths, their bodies, because we were created like the animals, meaning through the orgasm, fornication. The seven of the father and the seven of the mother make the 14 precepts of alchemy. This is why Elohim rested on the seventh in order to make everything that is described in the book of Genesis.
“This precept is subdivided into two others: one enjoining rest [that is, to avoid the orgasm when alchemically resting] on [זאת zoth] this שבת Sabbath [light], the other “this [זה] teaching us to keep it holy.” - Zohar
To keep it holy means to fulfill the rules of alchemy. Zohar continues:
“Concerning resting [our sexual alchemical work] on the sabbath [the seventh body, Malkuth, our physicality] we have already said it was ordained, because [ אשר asher] the divine Being [the Holy Spirit] rested [on עשה Assiah, Chavah, in order to do] his work which he then finished. - Zohar
“When, however [on the continent of Mu] יהוה אלהים caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam and he slept: and he took one of his ribs [ ו ז ], and closed up the flesh instead thereof; And the rib [ ז], which יהוה אלהים had taken from Adam, made he a woman, and brought her unto Adam. And Adam said, This זאת zoth is now bone of my bone, and flesh of my flesh! For this זאת zoth shall be called woman, for from a man has this זאת zoth been taken.” (Genesis 2: 21-23).
“Then the [first sexual alchemical work on the] sabbath commenced [between man and woman, but] there were certain creatures [demons from other rounds] who had not received bodies in which to incarnate. The question may here arise could not the Holy One have retarded [among animal souls] the approach of the [sexual alchemical work on the] sabbath and thus have provided them [these demons] with physical sheaths or bodies? The truth is, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil [sex] had excited them to revolt [against chastity] even before embodiment, through their great [lustful] desire to descend into the world [of Malkuth] or on to the earth, and make themselves lords and masters thereof. The Holy One then divided the [animal souls] into two classes of which he placed one, the good [the chaste, the right, the righteous, the Tzadik], by the tree of life, and the other, the bad [the fornicator, the left, the unrighteous] by the tree of knowledge of good and evil. While intending [in Lemuria] upon providing for the former with bodily forms, the [initiation of the sexual alchemical work on the seventh day] sabbath day dawned, and thus the work [for providing them with physical sheaths or bodies] was interrupted and suspended.” - Zohar
The former narrative explains when the androgynous humanity was divided into two sexes. In the beginning humanity was androgynous, having the masculine and feminine sexual creative forces in one body. But when they were divided into man and woman, the human souls had to be taught how to transmute their sexual energy and how to procreate by means of the mysteries of the Sabbath, which is the seventh body Malkuth. They had to learn how to procreate through the Sabbath without reaching the orgasm, according to the fourteenth precept. When that happened, there were from other cosmic rounds certain demons floating in the atmosphere that wanted also physical bodies, but if these demons receive physical bodies they will ruin the Sabbath, because they did not wanted to transmute their sexual force. As Master Samael Aun Weor explains in The Yellow Book:
“The tenebrous lucifers of the ancient Earth-Moon taught the humans how to ejaculate the semen. This is how humans lost their powers. This is represented by Adam and Eve’s departure from Eden.”
These demons were excited to see humanity divided into two sexes, and seeing women they lusted after them. As it is written:
“And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of Adam that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. And Jehovah said, My spirit shall not always strive with Adam, for that he also is flesh.” - Genesis 6: 1-3
Then the Sabbath day started and they were pushed aside in order not to ruin procreation or the goal of the Solar Absolute, which is to create solar men from those animal souls which were entering into the physical aspect of the Sabbath or the work of Shiva, the destroyer of demons. Shiva (Binah, the Holy Spirit) is the one that with the forces of the Solar Absolute or shakti potential of the Iod begins always in the world of creation the mysteries of the Sabbath. Remember that Shiva (Binah, the Holy Spirit) is the one who represents the two forces, male and female, Shiva Shakti in the sexual act. Zohar continues:
“If these [lustful] rebellious and ambitious [demonic lunar] spirits [from other cosmic rounds] had acquired bodies, then the [divine solar objective of the] world would not have continued to exist even for a moment. The Holy One had, however, provided a remedy against this prospective catastrophe by hastening [on the animal souls] the coming of the [sexual alchemical work on the] sabbath and therefore the world exists and continues [with a divine solar objective]. What those wicked [lustful] spirits [or demons] thought of doing by [means of] their [orgasmic animal] procreation of and filling the world with their [lustful demonic] offspring was accomplished by [Chesed, Abraham or] those good spirits [or Monads] by the tree of life who from the night [from their left side] of the first [sexual alchemical work on the] Sabbath discharged this duty [through chastity].” - Zohar
In other words, at that time, the Chesed (the Abraham or the Innermost) of those souls learned how to procreate without the orgasm. At that time women did not suffer any pain in childbirth, because their children were not engendered with lust. This is how humanity in the time of Lemuria multiply through chastity; this is called the power of Kriya Shakti, the power of will and yoga.
“This is why the wise and they [the alchemists] who understand [sexual alchemy], restrict their connubial relationships to the [secondary light in the] day [or dawn] of the sabbath [that is, to Chavah, Ela-Yam, Binah] so that the wicked spirits [from Klipoth] may recognize how inferior they are to those who, whilst incarnated, are able to discharge marital duties [through chastity]. It is these wicked spirits who [from Klipoth] go forth in their hordes throughout the world [of Malkuth] with the hope of surprising any [alchemist] who [through the orgasm] violates and infringes the esoteric injunction respecting the conjugal act [of chastity], the offspring of which becomes afflicted with epilepsy [that is to say, afflicted with a disorder in their central nervous system – or their tree of life - characterized by the loss of divine consciousness] through becoming obsessed by Lilith, the great mother of the demons, who [by means of the orgasm] kills and destroys [Cupid, Eros, Anael] the child [of Shiva, the Holy Spirit, or true chaste love between spouses].” - Zohar
This is why the evening, which is the period of decreasing day light between afternoon and night, of every Friday, is related to the secondary light, the moon. Under this secondary light, all the Witches’s Sabbath, all of the followers of Lilith, are very active. These wicked spirits go forth in their hordes and sexually attack those who are practicing chastity, meaning sexual alchemy, in order to force them to fornicate; their victims then suffer nocturnal pollutions. We are aware of this, and this is why, for the sake of our own soul, we teach powerful conjurations and magic circles in order to protect ourselves in advance of those instances where we are going to start performing our chaste work. Those wicked spirits are still very active, especially in this day and age, where we find millions of faithful followers of Lilith, who worship sodomy, fornication, adultery, and who even make their sodomy a religion. We all are aware of this, and this is why we are teaching the path of chastity. Regarding us, we are not angels, yet we are trying to get rid of our inner degeneration by practicing the path of chastity. Notwithstanding, most of humanity are following the broad path, the path that leads to the abyss, and that is represented by Lilith, the mother of fornication through sodomy, etc.
Regarding the path of chastity on the Sabbath, the Zohar continues:
“As soon as, however, the Sabbath day [the light of Saturn rises or] begins [to rise up in the spine], and whilst it endures, these wicked spirits becoming filled with terror, fly quickly away and hide themselves, with the exception of one of them named Assimon [alchemically spelled אסים און Asim Aun, terminator's power ] who with [Lilith and] his [lustful] attendants [terminates the power of any alchemist; he] is authorized to go through the world [of Yesod] in order to seek and find out [fornicators and adulterers or] transgressors of the law relating to conjugal [alchemical] practice [that is to say, those who exchange their divine tithes for the pleasures of the flesh]. When the night however has passed, he is obliged to go and hide himself in the great abyss of darkness. The [sexual alchemical] sabbath ended, hosts of [lustful] demons reappear in the world, and therefore to ward off and be proof against their evil influence and nullify their power, the reading of the 91 Psalm has been enjoined.” - Zohar
The Psalm 91 is related to the chaste alchemical sexual work that we are teaching here.
The Hebrew name Delilah spells דלילה meaning “weakened,” ד-לילה “of night,” of לִילִית Lilith, the dark forces of the secondary light of the night that eventually defeated Samson or שמשון Shamshon, better said, שמש און Shemesh Aun “Sun’s virility,” or the strength and virility of the solar light. In other words, when we are transmuting the sexual energy or the solar force that is within our Iod (our seed, our semen, our sperm and ovum), the light of Shemesh (שמש “sun” in Hebrew) is growing within us. Our און Aun, virility, our שמשון Shamshon, Samson, our solar will develops within us. Thus, שמש און Shemesh Aun was the source of the hidden strength of Samson that finally he revealed to Delilah, the follower of Lilith. To that end, in the sexual act Samson ejaculated the Iod, the seed, the און Aun of שמש Shemesh, the Sun, his strength, and consequently lost his chastity, his power, and gave it to Assimon, who terminates his power. Assimon is our lust; yes, our lust is authorized to go here, there, and everywhere through the world in order to seek and find out transgressors adulterers of the law relating to sexual alchemy or conjugal practice.
Comprehend, we conjure here, there and everywhere to protect ourselves against the attack from the tenebrous forces that can force us to fornicate, that is okay, so that we get rid, free, from any eventuality with those wicked spirits and thus safely practice sexual alchemy; yet, there is a wicked spirit that is always here, there and everywhere within us, which is our own lust, which is the one who you must be more aware of. Remember Samson, he was destroying all of his internal and external enemies of his inner God, thus powerfully growing spiritually, but he forgot his inner Assimon or אסים און Assim Aun, who is the contrary, the one who terminates שמש און Shemesh Aun, the power of the sun, within us, and gives it to the Lilith, Delilah דלילה, the night. So, let us be aware that the worst enemy that we will find on the path of chastity is ourselves, our lustful egos, which we carry within, and which are represented by Delilah, our own inner Lilith, our own darkness. The outcome will be spiritual blindness, where we will not see anymore the light of the Lord and our own enemies, our egos will take us across the wheel of Samsara until we recuperate און Aun, our inner strength in the light.
Let us read the Psalm 91:
“Whosoever dwells in [Daath] the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of Shaddai. They will say of יהוה, "He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust. For he will deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover me with his feathers. Under his wings I will take refuge. His faithfulness is a shield and a buckler. You shall not be afraid of the terror of Lilah, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at your [left] side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. You will only look with your eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked. For you have said, יהוה is my refuge, and have made of the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won't dash your foot against a stone [Yesod]. You will tread on the lion and cobra. You will trample the young lion and the serpent underfoot. "Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation.” - Psalm 91
“As soon as the [lustful] demons observe the children of Israel [or alchemists] engaged in prayer, and the reading of it and holding in their hands a cup of wine [and without spilling a single drop of it], they hurriedly rush away and disappear in deserts and solitary places [or within the infraconsciousness of our own psychological nature] in which they make their dens and hiding places.” - Zohar
“May the Holy [Grail] One ever keep and preserve us [by means of psychological death] from [the fornicators and] their [lustful] noxious power and influence! Our masters and great teachers (their names and memories be ever blessed) admonish us that there are three different ways by which a human may incur guilt and attract evil: either by invoking curses [meaning, מארות Maruts, Klipothic lights] upon himself [through black tantra]; by wastefully casting bread or crumbs upon the ground [Adamah, our physicality; or better said: casting the manna, the Iod, from heaven], be they ever so small [as the sperm or any seed, which is on the surface of all the earth]; and also at the conclusion of the [sexual alchemical work on the] sabbath by lighting a candle [of passional fire] before first reading or reciting the Psalm or [sexual alchemical] liturgy of "separation" and by thus doing, causing the [passional] fires of Gehenna to be lighted before their time.
“There is in Gehenna a place reserved for those who break and profane the [sexual alchemical work on the] sabbath and who enjoy a respite from its fiery punishment whilst the sabbath endures and vent their maledictions and curses on them who light a [passional] candle before the prescribed time, saying: "May God hurl thee in his fury and bring thee hither and thus be tossed about as a ball so that thou becomes an object of shame and reprobation to thy kith and kindred." - Zohar
The former quotations are explained beautifully by Master Jesus in relation to the wedding of Cana where he taught how to transmute the waters into wine; we have talked plenty about how to transmute the sexual waters into the wine of the spirit. In order to perform that miracle in us we must not drop a single drop from our hermetic cup. This is also symbolized in the eucharist. When we eat the wheat-bread and drink the grape-juice of the eucharist, we are ingesting the substance of the solar Christ which is in the Iod, the seed of the wheat and grapes. Likewise, we eat and drink the bread and wine of the transubstantiation when we go to Yesod, sex, the roots of the tree of good and evil, to perform the sexual act; there we have to eat and drink the substance of Christ by means of sexual transmutation. We transmute it by not reaching the orgasm of the animals, otherwise we will loose the solar light and will be ejected into the outer darkness of Lilith.
In order to be more explicit let us read “Solutio Perfecta,” the Perfect Solution for the comprehension of the Sabbath.
It is written: “Ye shall keep my שבתת Shabatoth, Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary; אני יהוה Ani Jehovah.” - Leviticus 19: 30
The word שבתת Shabatoth plainly shows that there are two sabbaths: one heavenly [אל-הים El-HaYam, Binah] and one earthly [אלה-ים Elah-Yam, Malkuth, Assiah]; yet are they but one [אלהים Elohim], both alike in their esoteric meaning. Yet, there is another Sabbath - a third one, not mentioned in scripture, and which was unhonored. This Sabbath said to the Holy One: “Thou art my maker, and I am called Sabbath. Now, there is no day without a night. Let there a Sabbath night or eve, as well as a Sabbath day, be kept.” To which the Holy One replied:
“My child, Sabbath art thou, and Sabbath thou shalt be called. I will yet adorn three with great honor and beauty.” Then made he proclamation, and said: “Reverence my sanctuary (sexual organ).” That is to say, the Sabbath eve [sexual potency], which is also to be reverenced and kept; for the name of the Holy One [יהוה] is found [alchemically active in the Holy Copulation] in the word [of Yesod].
I will now inform you how my father explained this to me. 'Imagine,' said he, 'a square within a circle, symbolizing two divine forms, which, though distinct, are not separate; for there is not division or separation in the divine essence.
An earthly resemblance to this divine union is that between Jacob and Joseph. There is also a resemblance in the repetition of the word peace, in that verse of scripture, "Peace to those that are far off and peace to those that are near," Isaiah 57:19 those that are far off referring to Jacob (Tiphereth) and those that are near to Joseph (Yesod), symbolical of the Sabbath (Tiphereth) and the Sabbath eve (Yesod), distinguished by 'Keep the Sabbath' Deuteronomy 5:12 Exodus 20:8 and 'remember the Sabbath day.' But the words, 'Reverence my sanctuary,' designate a point in the middle of the square and circle (The cross reveals the square or quadrature in Yesod, the ninth sphere or ninth sephiroth, the circle which is the ס Samech (“the Ouroboros”) the key of perpetual movement (in Malkuth). The perpetual movement of the cross or sexual act of Melek and Malkah is only possible through the point, the letter Iod, the sexual force of the Holy Spirit, Binah) which is the most sacred of all, therefore, the one who (fornicates) violates and breaks this commandment is punishable with (the second) death, as it is written, 'Whosoever (in the sexual act reaches the orgasm of the beasts) violates it shall be put to (the second) death (in Klipoth)'; Exodus 31:14 that is, who enters into (the mysteries of Yesod, the ninth sphere or ninth sephirah) the circle and square (that is to say, the cross) to the middle point (the sexual force of Jehovah) and profanes it. Therefore is it said, 'Reverence ye,' for that middle point is (the Iod י and) is called אני Ani (Me, better said אוני Aun-i, my virility). which is but another term or name of the Great Unknown, the Divine Being (the Holy Spirit)." - Zohar
Alchemically, the moon and the sun are the evening and the morning of the seven days of Genesis, since there is no day without a night. Yet, there is another Sabbath that is the outcome of our sexual transmutation, something that in us will be created, which is the symbol of Eros, Anael, the angel of love, who is another Sabbath, who is Christ that emerges from our Binah and Malkuth, the outcome of two lights, man and woman, who lit the seven serpents of light or Venustic initiations within the true human being, who was formed of the dust of Malkuth, the ground, on the Sabbath. This is why on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day in order to make all his work which he had made; and the one who emerges from the seventh, Malkuth (who is Miriam), is Yeshuah, (the savior within us), who is also called the third Sabbath, because Yeshuah relates to two Sabbaths, two bodies, Melek and Malkah, man and woman, who in the day of Sabbath will make the miracle of the transubstantiation inside of us.
“The sanctity of the sabbath as long as it lasts imposes absolute rest [on the saturnian light] both in the higher and lower worlds, during which, the punishments of the wicked cease and their over lookers remain inactive until the children of Israel have finished reciting the words: "Blessed art thou oh Lord who separates the holy from the unholy." On him, however, who lights not his candle [of passional fire] they invoke benedictions. The following biblical quotations help us to comprehend it: Genesis 27:28; Deuteronomy 28:3; Psalm 14:1.
"God give thee of the dew of heaven and the fatness of the earth and plenty of grains and wine. Blessed be thou in the city and blessed be thou in the field…”
"Blessed is the man that considers the poor, the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble."
“Why does the scripture use the words "in time of trouble," in place of "the evil day?" Because the evil spirit then is able to obtain the mastery over the soul of a human, and then it is the Lord will deliver him. By the word dal (poor) is meant the humble sin-sick soul who repents of his [lustful] sins against the Holy One. Another and further interpretation of the words: "The Lord shall deliver him in time of trouble" is that they allude to [Holy Sepulcher in the 8th initiation of Major Mysteries or] the last or judgment day. - Zohar
In the former graphic “Solutio Perfecta,” we see שבתאי Shabbatai, Saturn, Binah, the Lord of Sabbath, and Malkuth, Rhea, his wife, who is offering a child to him.
According to Greek-Gnostic mythology, the secondary light of Shiva-Saturn-Binah swallows most of his children in Klipoth, because otherwise they would destroy the life on the surface of Malkuth, the earth, his wife. He took that life from the Iod of Uranus (his father), who rules the sexual endocrine glands. However Zeus (Jesus) is not devoured by Klipoth, since his mother, Rhea, Malkuth, gave birth to him in the secret covenant of the Sabbath by the grace of his primordial light, the Holy Spirit. Thus, she just presents Saturn the stone of Yesod, the stone of chastity, wrapped in the swaddling clothes of chastity. Thus, Saturn during the sexual alchemical copulation with Rhea, swallows the shakti potential of the Iod, which is the letter ס Samech, the Ouroboros, the outcome of the יוד Iod, the stone of יסוד Yesod, knowing that this shakti potential is his son Zeus (Jesus), who later returns and defeats within himself the secondary light of Saturn and frees his siblings (archetypes) that are trapped inside of him.
Thus, the individual who performs the Sabbath, who performs all the death work of the ego, which has to be done on the Sabbath as Jesus did, has to be swallowed by his Mother Rhea, then transformed into the Serpent of Brass, enters into the holy sepulcher, and later is swallowed by the eagle Binah (the Holy Spirit) and resurrects as a “Quetzalcoatl” (“feathered serpent”).
This is the mystery of Saturn Binah in Daath swallowing the ס Samech, the Ouroboros, from the stone of יסוד Yesod and Zeus, Jupiter appearing as the king of the solar Gods, that is, appearing as Jesus the King of Judah, the solar light.
So an individual that purifies himself in the Sabbath is the one who annihilates all of his physiological aggregates, his egos. To become purified in the Sabbath means to be purified in the sexual alchemical work on the Sabbath, your physicality. Because all of the alchemical work that we have to do is done on the Sabbath, Malkuth, the seventh body. This is what alchemically means:
“Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it, as Jehovah your Elohim has commanded you. Six days you shalt labour, and do all your work. But the seventh day is the sabbath of Jehovah your Elohim... etc.” - Deuteronomy 5: 12-14
Alchemically we say: Since in the first day of Genesis, Elohim called the light “Day,” to “Keep the sabbath day to sanctify it,” means to sanctify the light, the Iod, of your Malkuth, physicality, as Jehovah your Elohim, Binah, who rules Yesod, sex, has commanded you. This is done in Six days or six initiations where you shalt labour alchemically, and do all your alchemical work on Malkuth, your seventh, your physicality. Yet, the seventh day or seventh initiation is the sabbath of Saturn-Binah, Jehovah your Elohim, who rules Yesod, sex, in it you must psychologically die in your sins,... etc...
When we finish the work of Saturn on the Sabbath we then enter into the holy sepulcher. Then we are completely clean and as Moses and Jesus we are swallowed by Saturn, the Holy Spirit and resurrect in the Holy Land. As Paul the Rabbi from of Tarsus said:
“When this perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and this mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory. Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?” Since the sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law (of karma). But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. So, my dear brothers and sisters, be strong and immovable. Always work enthusiastically for the Lord, for you know that nothing you do for your (inner) Lord is ever useless.” - 1 Corinthians 15: 54-58
Saturn is the one that relates to the creation at the beginning of Genesis, the beginning of the rounds; and the one who ends any alchemical work on the Sabbath.
“There is in Gehenna a place reserved for those who break and profane the [sexual alchemical holy work on the] Sabbath. This is related to lighting a candle at the conclusion of the [sexual alchemical holy work on the] sabbath before first reading or reciting the Psalm or liturgy of "separation" and by thus doing, causing their (lustful) fires of Gehenna to be lighted before their time (And they tempted God in their heart by asking meat for their lust. - Psalm 78:18).”
“If we light a candle at the conclusion of our sexual alchemical holy work on the sabbath we attract evil, maledictions and curses on us for having lighting the passional candle of sex before the prescribed time.”
Related to lighting a candle at the conclusion of the sexual alchemical holy work on the sabbath Master Samael Aun Weor wrote:
“We must warn that we should never practice sexual alchemy two consecutive times on the same night. It is only allowed to practice it once daily. Since, "violence against nature" exists when sexual alchemy is practiced two consecutive times on the same night, violating the law of the "Creative Magnetic Pause". It is also urgent to know, that one should never force our spouse to practice Sahaja Maithuna when she is ill or when she is menstruating, or in the state of pregnancy because it is a crime of violence against nature. The woman who gave birth a creature can only practice the Sahaja Maithuna 40 days after childbirth. There is also violence against nature when the man or woman forces their partner to perform copulation not being the organism of the husband or the wife in conditions apt for it. There is such a crime when under the pretext of practicing sexual alchemy, or even with the best Intentions for self-realization, for the man or the woman to self-force themselves to perform the copulation, not being the creator organs in the precise amorous moment and in harmonious conditions favorable, indispensable for copulation.” - Samael Aun Weor
So, in alchemy, to “light a candle” at the conclusion of our sexual alchemical holy work on the sabbath is to light the sexual fires again in the same night. When our sexual transmutation in Malkuth has ended, all of the light from the two fires of Shabbathai from the Iod have risen to Binah, thus there is no more light for Elohim to take. Yet, if we light our sexual fires and perform the sexual act again, then we break the natural magnetic pause of the Sabbath, our physicality. We have to wait until our body recuperates its natural sexual strength and becomes sexually strong. But some neophyte practitioners of sexual alchemy are tempted by their Assimon to perform sexual alchemy again. After having ending their sexual transmutation, after having given thanks to their Inner God, etc. they immediately are performing the sexual act again. Their Sabbath, their physical body, their sanctuary, has nothing to transmute, because their creative energy already rose up to their brains. Thus, they light the fires of Gehenna, the fires of their Assimon, their lust.
So, we have to wait 24 hours until the body recuperates its sexual strength again.
The followers of Lilith and Nahemah in their Witches’s Sabbath fornicate, because they spill their Iod, their semen, their sexual force, through their animal orgasm, one to fifteen times and more a day, this is how they develop their Kundabuffer organ, tail of Satan. This is what they are doing to themselves, because they don’t know that they don’t know.
So we have to learn sexual alchemy in order to understand these fourteen precepts of the Zohar or the fourteen stations of the cross, according to Christianity.
“O God, the heathen (the followers of Lilith and Nahemah) are come into thine inheritance (Pact of Fire); thy holy temple (their physicality) have they defiled; they have laid Jerusalem (the whole humanity) on heaps. The dead bodies of thy servants (the Avatars) have they given to be meat unto the fowls of the heaven, the flesh of thy saints (the Prophets) unto the beasts of the earth. Their blood have they shed like water round about Jerusalem (the whole humanity); and there was none to bury them. We are become a reproach to our neighbors, a scorn and derision to them that are round about us. How long, Jehovah? wilt thou be angry for ever? Shall thy jealousy burn like fire? Pour out thy wrath upon the heathen (the fornicators) that have not known thee, and upon the kingdoms that have not called upon thy name. For they have devoured Jacob (Tiphereth, the human soul), and laid waste (Yesod) his dwelling place. O remember not against us former iniquities: let thy tender mercies speedily prevent us: for we are brought very low. Help us, O God of our Jesus, salvation, for the glory of thy name: and deliver us, and purge away our sins, for thy name's sake. Wherefore should the heathen (the fornicators) say, Where is their God? let him be known among the heathen (the fornicators) in our sight by the revenging of the blood of thy servants which is shed. Let the sighing of the prisoner come before thee; according to the greatness of thy power preserve thou those that are appointed to die; And render unto our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom their reproach, wherewith they have reproached thee, O Lord. So we thy people and sheep of thy pasture will give thee thanks for ever: we will show forth thy praise to all generations. - Psalm 79
