In this lecture, we are going deeper into the meaning of Moses as an archetype within each one of us. Indeed, in order to know the mystery of Moses, we have to study the Torah, which includes the first five books of the Bible that are attributed to him. The writings of Moses, the Torah, are Kabbalistic books.
As we explained in previous lectures, Moses relates to the Causal body, the body of willpower, which abides in the sixth dimension. In the Tree of Life, the center of gravity of the Causal body is the sephirah Tiphereth, which is the very center of the Tree of Life, where we find the Sun, the Solar force. In the physical body, Tiphereth relates to the heart. In Theosophy, Tiphereth is called Superior Manas (Mind). We have two minds: the inferior manas, and the superior manas. The Bible talks about these two minds as the terrestrial man and the heavenly man.
“The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.” - 1 Corinthians 15: 47-49
This is very important to understand, because when we Kabbalistically address the terrestrial man and the heavenly man, we are addressing all ten sephiroth. Yet, when we address the terrestrial man, we understand that terrestrial derives from Latin “terrestris,” from terra, meaning “of the earth,” which is Malkuth, the tenth sephirah.
Observe that Malkuth, the Earth, is divided into four parts by a cross. Those four parts relate to the sephiroth Netzach, Hod, Yesod, and Malkuth. So, the terrestrial man relates to Netzach, Hod, Yesod and Malkuth.
The sephirah Netzach is what we call the “inferior manas” (mind), and relates to Aaron, the priest, the Solar Mental body of the prophets. This is due to the fact that when we talk about priesthood, we always point at the third triangle of the Tree of Life.
When we observe the Tree of Life, we see it has three triangles, beginning with the first at the top – Kether, Chokmah, and Binah – which is called the Logoic Triangle. The second triangle – Chesed, Geburah, and Tiphereth – which is called the Triangle of the Monad, or the Ethical Triangle, relates with our own particular Spirit. The third triangle relates to the Mental, Astral and Vital Bodies – Netzach, Hod, Yesod – which is called the Triangle of Priesthood, or the Triangle of Magic.
Let us remember that the word magic comes from mag, which in ancient Persian language means “priest.” In the Bible, Aaron is a priest, and that is why we associate Aaron with these three sephiroth –Netzach, Hod and Yesod – especially Netzach, because it is immediately below the sephirah Chesed, which relates to the Innermost, the Spirit. We have stated that the Innermost is the priest inside of us, the true priest, and that true priest in the Bible, in the book of Genesis, is called the Ruach Elohim – translated into English as “the Spirit of God” – that was moving upon the face of the waters.
When we alchemically study the physical body, we understand that those waters relate to the cerebrospinal fluid, which is a fluid that the brain and the spinal medulla float in. The brain together with the spinal medulla is called the throne of the Spirit, because that is where the Spirit sits, in order to control our physical body.
Now, let us observe: the cerebrospinal, grand, and parasympathetic nervous systems relate to the brain, and the brain is the vehicle of the mind. Therefore, this is how Aaron - related to the priesthood of Netzach, Hod, and Yesod - is, physically speaking, related with the brain, the vehicle of the mind, Netzach. So, when we are talking about Chesed, the Spirit, we say, his throne is the cerebrospinal system. Yet, when we talk about Netzach, the inferior mind, we say, the physical vehicle of the mind is the brain. Can you see now how the Spirit or Inner Buddha has to control the mind, in order to acquire his self-realization?
In the very middle of the brain, we have the pineal gland, which Descartes stated, is the seat of the soul. What soul? The human soul, which we call the sephirah Tiphereth, and that uses the Causal body as a vehicle in order to descend from the Ethical Triangle into the Triangle of Magic. Thus, the Causal body or body of willpower is Moses. So, behold here in our physicality, the meaning of Matthew 23: 2, 3.
“The scribes [of Netzach] and the Pharisees [of Hod] sit in Moses” seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.”
Moses sits in the pineal gland as willpower. Aaron utilizes the brain, the vehicle of the Solar Mind. The Innermost (the sephirah Chesed, or Ruach Elohim) utilizes the cerebrospinal nervous system as its throne. So, we find in the central nervous system and the other nervous systems, the three sephiroth of magic: Netzach, Hod and Yesod. We are talking about Aaron the priest, we are talking about Moses. But, related with Aaron, the priest, the Solar Mind, we find that he is the chief, the boss of the Levites – those priests related to the tribe of Levi. But, Kabbalistically speaking, Levi relates to the left side of the Tree of Life, to the sephirah Binah. There is a book in the Bible called Leviticus, related to the Levites – this relates to the sephirah Binah, because they are the priests whose boss is Aaron.
Why am I saying is that the Levites have their center of gravity in the sephirah Binah? Well, remember that in the previous lecture, we stated that the triangle above – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit or Kether, Chokmah and Binah – is related to the three mother letters: the sephirah Kether to א Aleph (air), the sephirah Chokmah to the letter ש Shin (fire), and the letter מ Mem (water) to the sephirah Binah. These are the three mother letters - Kabbalistically speaking. These three parts are what we call the Logoic Triangle, or the three primary forces, the Holy Trinity, which in the body are located in the brain, in the heart, and in the sex.
We have stated that in order to understand any triangle of the Tree of Life, we have to place it in relation with our three brains. So, the sephirah Kether (א) controls the first triangle, the head; the sephirah Chokmah (ש Shin) controls the second triangle, which is in the sephirah Tiphereth, the heart. The sephirah Binah (the Holy Spirit) controls the third triangle through the sephirah Yesod, which is water (מ). So, it is easy to see.
The third triangle is the triangle of priesthood, ruled by the sephirah Binah, and the Levites are ruled by the sephirah Binah. This is obvious. The sephirah Binah is Jehovah-Elohim that in the beginning formed Adam [in the world of Yetzirah] its creation [the world of Briah]; or as the Bible states:
“And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; and the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone. And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.” - Genesis 2: 10-14
So the river that went out of Eden is the sephirah Binah, because the sephirah Binah is the letter מ Mem, and Mem is water. Many Kabbalists state that the river that went out of Eden is the sephirah Chokmah. This is not so. It is the letter מ Mem, water. The sephirah Chokmah is the letter ש Shin, fire. We do not deny that water is the habitat of fire, but we have to speak very clearly and say that such fire flows in the water. This is why the river that went out of the upper Eden – the sephirah Daath - to water the garden or lower Eden - the sephirah Yesod, means the flow of voluptuousness [bliss]…
Why is voluptuousness — bliss, the literal meaning of the Hebrew word Eden — related to the sephirah Binah? It is because such bliss is what we find in the union of Abba and Aima in the sephirah Daath. So, Abba and Aima (Father and Mother in Hebrew ) Binah, become one in the sephirah Daath; so Daath is the bliss of the duality of God, the sephirah Binah. Abba and Aima Binah become one in the sephirah Daath. Thus, the sephirah Binah as water is a river that comes out of Eden [the Logoic triangle] - to water the garden, which in this case is the Upper Garden of Eden, the sephirah Daath. This is why the sephirah Daath is exactly beneath the first triangle of the Tree of Life. Daath is a Hebrew word that means “knowledge,” Gnosis.
In our previous lecture we addressed the sephirah Daath, but related only with the sephirah Malkuth. We explained that the cerebrospinal fluid and masculine genitalia’s fluid in man are two rivers, and the woman’s cerebrospinal fluid and feminine genitalia’s fluid are the other two rivers; these are the four heads of the river of Eden, our sexual energy. So, we are going to go deeply into the sephirah Daath, based on what we have already said. So, bear in mind that in the sephirah Malkuth, our physicality, those four rivers can also be found. Nonetheless, the Bible also addresses the same rivers, yet above, related with the superior sephiroth. So, this is how we Kabbalistically explain them, and how we have to alchemically understand them.
So, as was explained, in the sephirah Daath, the Upper Garden of Eden, is where we find the sephirah Binah divided as Father and Mother. Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei-Elohim splits in the sephirah Daath. Kabbalists in the Zohar explain that this Father-Mother is Iod-Hei, the first two letters of the Holy Name of God (Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei). So, Iod and Hei are united in the sephirah Daath, the Upper Garden of Eden. So, Jehovah-Elohim “Binah” flows as a river into Daath “a garden eastward in Eden” and name himself Adam “whom he had become” or as it is written:
“And Jehovah-Elohim planted a garden eastward in Eden; and name it Adam whom he had formed…. And [Jehovah-Elohim-Binah] from thence [Daath] it was parted, and became into four heads. The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold; and the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.” - Genesis 2:8, 10-14
We formerly explained that gold is the symbol of the male sexual energy that descends from the sephirah Geburah down into the sephirah Malkuth. Imagine that Pison - the first river that goes from the sephirah Daath into the sephirah Geburah – descending on the left and finally ending in the sephirah Malkuth, which is called “the west.” In other words, the male sexual energy is that river Pison, but it is connected with the superior forces, the superior dimensions, in the sephirah Geburah. So, from the sephirah Geburah comes the strength of the male sex. That is what we call gold – the forces within the sperm. The bdellium is precisely that force related to the fluvial, or the fire we will say, of that fiery water that we have in our sex. The onyx stone is the philosophical stone of the sephirah Yesod that we have to work with.
Genesis states that the second river is Gihon, which goes into the land of Ethiopia, which is the sephirah Chesed. We have already explained that the sephirah Chesed is the Spirit that utilizes the cerebrospinal nervous system as its throne. So, that is why you see that the river Gihon goes into the cerebrospinal fluid, which is where the throne of the Spirit floats. It is easy now to see that Pison and Gihon are the two male polarities above in the Spirit, as well as below here in the Earth. So, as above so below; there are four rivers above as well as four rivers below. We are addressing the creative waters of Genesis.
We are putting an emphasis on the waters of Genesis because from them Moses is born as the Leviathan. We need to remember this. The Leviathan is a crocodile. This is precisely what the Hebrew Bible states, if we look in the Hebrew dictionary: tannin (tannim, plural) means “crocodile.” Some Bibles translate tannin as “whale” or “big fish,” but a tannin is not a whale, it is a crocodile. So, the Levitann or Leviathan is a “crocodile priest.”
The Leviathan is a symbol that we have to understand; the Leviathan is a symbol within which we find Moses, because Moses is the real Leviathan that comes out from the upper and lower Eden, the gift [אש Esh- fire] of the Holy Spirit.
Moses descends from the upper Eden into the lower Eden, as it is written:
“And there went a [שאי ‘iysh] male fire of the house of [לוי] Levi, and took a daughter of Levi. And the [אשה] female fire conceived, and bare (as) a son [a Tannin]: and when she saw him that he was a goodly child [a Levi-Tannin], she hid him three months. And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child [the Levi-Tannin] therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink.” – Exodus 2: 1-3
The Leviathan לוי אתן gives the power to dive deep into the oceans of מצרים Mitsrayim [Malkuth], that is, into the “מים mayim” of the earth, and to fly out from Malkuth towards the very fiery waters of Heaven - םשמי Schamayim. Why? Because Jehovah-Elohim-Binah relates to השמים Ha-Schamayim – the heavens; Binah is םימ mayim - water, and Moses is the name of he who has the wings to fly and the scales to swim, he can go from the lower Hei of הארץ-the Earth up to the upper Hei of השמים-Heaven of Binah. משה Moses is the Leviathan. Everything in him is fire and water.
The name of the third river is Hiddekel, that goes towards the east of Assiriah. The east is the sephirah Tiphereth. This means that the other head of the river that comes from Daath goes into the heart, which is the woman. The woman is the heart and the man is the brain. Obviously, this river Hiddekel is related to the cerebrospinal fluid of the woman. We know very well that the woman is more heart than brain. Woman relates more to the sephirah Tiphereth, to “the east.” And, from the heart, from “the east,” the blood descends into the sephirah Yesod, which is the uterus or “Euphrates,” the “Nile.” This is why Master Samael stated:
“The river which goes toward the east of Assyria and the river Euphrates are the two poles of the woman’s seminal system. Therefore, the woman is towards the east of us, because she is the door of Paradise, and this door is always towards the east.” – Samael Aun Weor
The woman is placed towards ""the east," because the woman has the uterus, Euphrates. This is how sex is divided in the sephirah Malkuth, “the west.” Thus, from “the west,” man goes to the sephirah Yesod, her uterus, the eastward in Eden; and from the sephirah Yesod to the sephirah Tiphereth. So, she has the entrance into the lower Eden, which is the sephirah Yesod. This is how we understand every head related to Alchemy. Thus, when the Bible states that God created the תנינים taninim (plural), he created two Leviathans, the female and the male, because a priest cannot exist without a priestess, and priestess cannot exist without a priest. That is a beautiful mystery that is very well hidden in the Bible. So, if you call yourself a priest, you have to have your priestess, because that is the law of the Leviathan.
The Leviathan works in the third triangle, the triangle of Magic, of priesthood. The Leviathan as Moses can go down and up; only with Thelema we can go from the Nile to the top of Sinai, and from the top of Sinai to the bottom of the Nile.
In order to become pure and complete, the sephirah Netzach, the Solar Mental body, or Aaron, has to work very hard in order to annihilate all of those defects and vices [Baalim and Ashtaroth] that we have in the den of the mind. How do we call the Solar mind that is completely pure and self-realized? We call it Eliao – this Eliao is what the Bible calls Elijah, whose name means, “My God is Jah” – which is related with the sephirah Netzach, because in Netzach we find Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei-Sabaoth or Jehovah Sabaoth, or “the host, army of Jehovah.” The army of Jehovah (Jehovah Sabaoth) are all the parts of Israel, already purified in the mind - Elias, in other words, Elijah, or as we say in Hebrew , Eliao – the God IAO, which relates to the three primary forces above in the world of Yetzirah.
When we read the story of Elijah (Eliao) in the Bible, we find that he is the only one that is worshipping God, IAO, in the right way.
On the left hand are the 450 prophets of Baalim, prophets of Baal – which relates to Klipoth – those Levites who perform the priesthood in the wrong way, along with the 400 prophets of Ashtaroth against whom Elijah fights – all of this is inside of us.
“With these came they, who from the bordering flood of old Euphrates to the brook that parts Egypt [Malkuth] from Syrian [Assyria - Tiphereth] ground, had general names of Baalim and Ashtaroth, those male, these feminine.” – Paradise Lost by John Milton
If you make the addition of the 450 prophets of Baal, it is 9 + 400 of Asherah or Ashtaroth = 13. This Kabbalistically relates to the letter Mem: water, death. This relates to the 13 locks of light-hair of Kether that we have to let loose in our central nervous system, which is the throne of the Spirit, the cerebrospinal nervous system. This is written in the book of the Angels, called the Malachim; there are two books of the Angels in the Bible: Malachim I and Malachim II. This is translated into English as 1 Kings and 2 Kings, because Malachim, “angels,” also means Kings. The three Malachim, three wise kings or magi relate to the sephiroth Geburah, Chesed, and Tiphereth. In the Triangle of Ethics is where we find the Malachim, those holy living creatures that Ezekiel talks about in the Bible.
So, in chapter 18 of the first book of the Angels (1 Malachim; 1 Kings) it is written that Elias decapitates all of those prophets after defeating them, by worshipping the real God by means of fire and water. We read there how water is related with the heavenly fire. Read it; it is a very long chapter. Listen, if you interpret it literally, you imagine the prophet Elijah saying to the people of Israel, “Pass me the first prophet, pass me the second one… and decapitates them…” until he has killed 450, and thereafter he says, “And now, the 400 prophets of Asherah [Ashtaroth] – pass them to me, I am going to decapitate them.” Ultimately, they will be 850 prophets, right? Elijah would have been tired after killing all of them with an ax. So, we have to know how to interpret this. We cannot read it literally, because not even a very strong man can do 850 decapitations in one shot.
After that slaughter, it is written in the Bible that Jezebel, who called herself a prophetess, who represents the animal mind we have within, and who is also mentioned in the book of Revelation, said unto Elijah,
“So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time.” - 1 Kings 19: 2
Thus, Elijah escapes from Jezebel – she who called herself a prophetess – the boasting mind. Is not the mind - our mind - the one who “calls herself a prophetess?” Indeed, there are many people in this day and age who call themselves prophets. “I am the prophet of this, or the prophet of that. I am this Master, or that Master. I am this bodhisattva, blah, blah, blah...” Behold Jezebel, who is very vain and proud, who calls herself a prophetess. She – the mind - is full of vanity and pride, or better say, mystical pride and mystical vanity. We have to decapitate those egos.
The decapitation of the mind, the egos, the Prophets of Baalim and Ashtaroth, is also symbolized by John the Baptist’s decapitation. Despite the fact that John the Baptist’s decapitation in the Bible is symbolic, he really was decapitated. John the Baptist was the reincarnation of Eliao. This means that the real initiatic decapitation happens when our egos are decapitated, because John the Baptist worked with the water, and the water relates to the letter Mem, the third triangle. The decapitation performed by Elijah and John the Baptist’s decapitation mean the same thing – Elijah does it in the Old Testament, and John the Baptist does it also in the New, but only with himself, in order to synthesize the whole work. John is decapitated, and after that decapitation it is written that Moses and Elijah appear to Jesus. It is important to understand how everything is Kabbalistically related in relation with the symbolism of the Bible.
When we talk about Aaron, we talk about Elias. When we talk about Elias, we talk about John the Baptist. When we talk about John the Baptist, it is the same as when we talk about the Terrestrial Man. Thus the Bible states:
“The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly.” - 1 Corinthians 15: 47-49
People who think shallowly say, “Oh, yes, I have the image of the terrestrial man. This man means me, physically speaking.” No! This is not true! Remember the four rivers of Genesis in the sephirah Malkuth? The terrestrial man is the sephiroth Malkuth, Yesod, Hod, and Netzach - which is ruled by the sephirah Binah, whose center of gravity is the letter Mem, water, the sephirah Yesod. Thus, the sephirah Binah sends the river to the sephirah Daath, the upper Eden, and from it into the Triangle of Magic, which is ruled by the sephirah Yesod, the Lower Eden, and from it, the sephirah Binah sends the river into the sephirah Malkuth. This is how we understand the two Edens, the two gardens. There is one garden above, which is heavenly, in which Elohim-Binah abides. There is one garden below, which is us, physically speaking. Many times we have said that the physical body is the garden than is nourished by a river, and that river is in the sephirah Yesod, because Yesod is ruled by the sephirah Binah, Mem, water. This is how we explain and understand the Bible Kabbalistically and Alchemically, otherwise, we fall into many mistakes.
Let us go deeper into the Bible.
The Pact of Fire
בראשית ברא אלהים
We explained in a previous lecture that these two words Berith Esh mean the “pact of fire.” Berith also means Briah, creation, human being... it has many translations. Human being, creation, pact: berith is related with circumcision. So, Berith Esh has the same letters one uses in order to spell בראשית Beresheet, which is translated in the Bible as, “In the beginning.”
So, now we are addressing the Nile; we are touching water above and below, because if we address Moses, we have to touch above and below, because Moses is born in Malkuth, Mizrahim, in the waters of the Nile, then he goes up and looks and talks to Jehovah Elohim in Heaven, and Jehovah Elohim says go down now, to Malkuth, and liberate my people. Then when the people go into the wilderness with him, he goes up to talk to Jehovah, and comes down again, down and up, up and down, as the Leviathan, because he can swim in the waters of the earth, and in the waters of Heaven.
“Heavens” in Hebrew is written שמים Schamayim: Shin, Mem, Iod, final Mem. “The heavens” is השמים Ha-Schamayim. So, the words השמ Moses and Ha-Schamayim enclose the fire and water. השמים Ha-Schamayim are the waters from above, the Akasha, and the waters below are מים mayim. Schamayim and Mayim – the Leviathan is capable of swimming in both, a very terrifying being.
This is how Gnosis uncovers Genesis. When we talk about Beresheet, “in the beginning,” we find the word ברא Bera, Brith, creation. Also, I repeat, Brit or Berith, means circumcision, and Esh is fire. So, this means that the very beginning of the alchemical work in us is hidden in the circumcision.
According to the laws of Judaism, every male that is born has to be circumcised the eighth day. Why not the first, why not the second, why not the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, why not the seventh, why the eighth? Visualize the Tree of Life. What is above the seventh sephiroth, counting them from Malkuth to Chesed (these lower sephiroth symbolize the True Man, the seven bodies of the man); above them is Daath, that mysterious sephirah, which is above Chesed, the seventh sephirah.
When we address the Tree of Life, Daath is between the three upper sephiroth (the crown) and the seven lower sephiroth (the Heptaparaparshinokh: the law of seven, related with the seven days of Genesis). So, the mysterious sephirah Daath where Aima and Abba Elohim are united is below the Trinity and above the seven. So, therefore, eighth, the circumcision relates to Daath, to the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, which is sex and to the throat, because Daath is in the larynx, as you can see in the Tree of Life.
So, this is why the male is circumcised on the eighth day, in synthesis – because it is the mystery, the pact of fire that we have to accomplish with the Tree of Good and Evil - knowledge, Gnosis, and that is Berith Esh. Remember the words of the Bible, it is stated; Beresheet Bera Elohim. The word Bera is repeated twice. The first we form with Berith Esh; the circumcision is the male force, the fire, because the male is above and the female is below. This is how we know it through Kabbalah and Alchemy. Above is Aleph, which is air, and Shin which is fire; Aleph-Shin forms the word Esh, “fire” in Hebrew . So, the male, Berashith or Berith Esh, means the circumcision of the male, because it is above.
But, what is below? It is Bera-Elohim, and Bera-Elohim is Elah, which means “goddess,” and yam which means “sea,” related to the water, which is below. Water is below, air is above. So, “Berashith, Bera Elohim,” explains two creations or two beings related with creation. The first has to have the circumcision, because it is the man in in the sexual act that has to control the sex act, because the female receives. It is easy for her, while the man has to have an erection – he has to have the Esh, the fire of his heart going into his sexual organ in order to have an erection, to penetrate her. That is why she is below and he is above. This is the fiery pact written there in the very first chapter of Genesis in a very cryptic manner, Gnostically speaking. So, “Berith Esh” the male, “Bera Elah Im” the female, or “Beresheet Bera Elohim” or “Berith Esh Bera Elah Im” – as we explain.
Let us say this in Hebrew , in order to understand the translation:
“Berith Esh (the creative fire) Bera Elah-Im (the Sea Goddess created) the heavens and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of (the Sea-Goddess) Elah-Im moved upon the face of the waters. And (the Sea-Goddess) Elah-Im said, Let there be light: and there was light. And (the Sea-Goddess) Elah-Im saw the light, that it was good: and Elah-Im divided the light from the darkness. And (the Sea-Goddess) Elah-Im called the light Day, and the darkness she called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.” – Genesis 1:1-5
בראשית ברא אלהים את השמים ואת הארץ
“Berith Esh Bera Elah-Im Attah Schamayim Ve Atta Ha-Aretz,” translation using the same Hebrew letters: “The pact of fire with the Goddess of the Sea created you heaven, and you the Earth,” – this is addressing the True Man, the true Human Being, because the true human being is Heaven and Earth. “You Heaven” is (אתהשמים) Attah Schamayim. When we take the letters Aleph, Tav and Hei, we read attah, which means, “you.” Then, (ואתהארץ) Ve, At Ha-Aretz, “and you the Earth (the feminine aspect.)”
So, Genesis is very clearly talking about the alchemical pact of fire. When we work alchemically in ourselves with the mystery of transmutation, we create the Heavens in us. What is the Heaven in us? It is the sephiroth Chesed, Geburah, Tiphereth, Netzach, Hod and Yesod – these six sephiroth are related with Heavens in us. The Earth, as we always state is always feminine, and is the physical body. So, this is how we find the mystery of circumcision in relation with priesthood. But, we have to understand that it does not end there, because the book of Genesis continues, explaining:
“And the Earth was without form, and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep, and the Spirit of the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im) moved upon the face of the waters.”
When we read, “And the Earth was without form,” we have to understand that Heavens in this case are the archetypes, and the Earth without form is our physicality where those archetypes are in potentiality. The archetypes are “in chaos and without form” or “Tohu ve Bohu” as it is said in Hebrew . Formless and void, physically and psychologically speaking, is precisely how we enter into the sexual act. But, we, Gnostics , are aware that Genesis states,
“And the Spirit of the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im) moved upon the face of the waters.”
So, Elah-Im, the Sea Goddess, is the mystery of the Shekinah, because she is above and she is below. Remember, that in us our head is “heaven” and sex is Earth below (Malkuth), with the waters below in us, which are related with the four river heads of Eden.
Shekinah שכינה derives from:
shekel שכל, “brain, intelligence”
minah מין, “sex”
So, brain and sex are in the word Shekinah.
So, with these two polarities we form Shekinah, which is precisely that divine fire or force of the Divine Mother within the fluids of sex and brain.
Moses is the son of the water, the child of the water, and that water is feminine above and below. Water is always feminine. So, the Genesic water is the Divine Mother, which in Hebrew is Elah (the Goddess) and Im (the sea) – because that sea is above and below. Elohim is Elah-Im, the Divine Mother; so, in this context, when we translate the Hebrew words in detail this is what the words tell us.
Now, in relation with this:
“And the earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep”
That is related to the Earth, with the terrestrial man. The terrestrial man is the brain (Netzach) down to Malkuth. The whole body of Malkuth, the terrestrial man, has to have a Mental Solar body in his brain, and an Astral body in his heart, in order to be a terrestrial man. Before having a solar mind in the brain, we have to have an Astral body inside, in order to make the terrestrial man that will shine like Eliao, Elias, Helias, Helios the Sun. Now, behold, what is written in the first book of Kings (Malachim, the Angels):
“And he (Eliao, Elias, Helias Helios the Sun) arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God. And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of Jehovah came to him, and he said unto him, what doest thou here, Elijah? And he said I have been very jealous for Jehovah Elohim Zabaoth: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before Jehovah. And, behold, Jehovah passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before Jehovah; but Jehovah was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but Jehovah was not in the earthquake: And after the earthquake a fire; but Jehovah was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, what doest thou here, Elijah?” – 1 Kings 19: 8-13
So, Elias (Eliao) is being chased by Jezebel, thus he goes to Mount Horeb in order to hide in a cave. That cave represents your brain, skull, head; that is the cave, because in that cave, in that head, is Kether, Chokmah and Binah. In that cave, in the pineal gland, is Binah (the atom of the Holy Spirit). In that cave is Jehovah, and the Shekinah - מינה-כלש – shekel - brain, intelligence and מינה minah - sex. We decipher this according to the Hebrew letters.
So, when Eliao reaches Mount Horeb, he wants to talk with God. Thus, he hears a voice which comes from inside the cave. People think, “Oh yes, he went into the Himalayas or Mount Horeb, and in a cave he was trying to talk with Jehovah in Heaven, thus, something appeared in the cave.” No! Cave should be interpreted as our own head, within which is our mind. Moreover, sexually speaking, the male has to enter also into his own cave, which in this case is his woman. When the man penetrates the woman, he penetrates the cave as well, because the woman’s pelvic bone, the Mount of Venus, also represents the cave, Yesod in Malkuth. That is the meaning of it; whether inside or outside the cave, this is how you have to see it – inside and outside, sexually speaking.
“Come out, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before Iod-Chavah.”
How are you going to go forth in and out the cave, and stand upon the mount before Jehovah? You do it only by knowing Sexual Alchemy.
This is as if to say, “And the Earth was formless.” Everything is in chaos. All the pieces, the parts that we have within physically, are everywhere. And, that is precisely what the Bible says in the beginning of Genesis… “And the Earth was formless and void.” Void is, “And after the wind, a quake – but Iod-Chavah was not in the quake” – the Bible says earthquake. When you are in the sexual act your own physicality quakes, first, the man has to has to stand, have an erection, and everything is there, the wind (the breath), that enters agitates the blood and then he penetrates the woman, next everything is formless and void, because in that chaos within which all of us are, if we do not control it, we lose the material with which we have to work in order to see God. Remember that we are in darkness, we are blind. The Bible says, “And darkness was upon the face of the deep.”
We explained in previous lectures that darkness is fire; the fire that comes after that sexual quake, the fire of voluptuousness in the sexual act. It is that fire that any animal brings about when in the sexual act, because that fire comes from the deep, from the Abyss, from the void. This is the abstract fire that envelops the animals and thereafter when they reach the orgasm, the spasm, that fire disappears. The same fire is enveloping the couple in the sexual act. This is how the passional fire develops. But, Jehovah was not in that fire. Even though, if you analyze that, everything is related with Jehovah, with Jah-Chavah, the two polarities. But, we are looking for the very essence of the Lord. So, Jehovah is not in the wind. Jehovah is not in the quake. Jehovah is not in the fire – this is precisely a teaching for those Gnostics that go into the sexual act of Alchemy. All of these phenomena occur every time that we go into the sexual act. The Earth is formless and void, and darkness is upon the face of the deep. The dark fire appears, and then here is where we have to understand that God is in the throat, in Daath, and the sound to raising the fire is the letter Shin, the Shechinah.
The sound of the letter Shin in the fire is this: ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss, a very subtle voice. That is the sound of the fire, because after the arousal of the passional fire, comes a still small voice. But, you do not have to quake but to be still, as that chapter states: “and after that fire, a still small voice,” meaning, no movement - because if you continue your animal movement, then you remain in darkness, because darkness was upon the face of the deep. But, when the voluptuous fire arises from the darkness - which means that the passional fire arouses from that void and chaos, which is your self, your animal entity - then you feel the passional fire all over your body, thus, you have to remain still, and pronounce the sound of the S, ssssssssssssssssssssssssss, which is precisely the mantra, the Word, the still small voice that appears after the fire.
“And it was so, when Eliao heard it he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave.”
His phallus is erected, standing at the entrance of the cave – the entrance of the cave is the vagina. It is also your mind, because if you are not controlling your mind, you are not standing in the entrance of the cave. And thereafter, “here she is, a voice” – you see? The Bible says, “And behold…” but the translation could also be, “And here, she is, a voice unto him and said...”
And the Bible continues, “What are you doing here Eliao?” If we translate the Bible the right way, Kabbalistically and Alchemically, we say, “What [the Shechinah] is here for you Eliao!” We explained in previous lectures that “What” is feminine, the Divine Mother. So, when that voice appears, it is the divine fire rising in the spinal column, standing. It is the letter Shin of the Shechinah, and that Shekinah is “What,” thus “What [the Shechinah] is here for you, Eliao.” “What” [the Shechinah] is the presence of the female part of the great God IAO, the Logos. It is the divine female aspect of the great IAO that appears there. In other words, we will say, “The Divine Mother (who is What, the Shechinah) is here for you (if you do not fornicate).” The Divine Mother, the letter Shin rises in the spinal column, thanks to the lesser IAO, which is Eliao, the little IAO, the Good [Chesed], the son of the Logos, the great IAO.
“So the power of [the three wicks of the letter Shin] the little IAO, who is [the Kundalini, the Shechinah] in the Midst [of the spinal medulla], and the soul of the Prophet Eliao [Chesed], they were bound into the body of John the Baptizer [the terrestrial man].” – Pistis Sophia
“Iod: Eternal Masculine Principle; Hei: Eternal Feminine Principle; Vau: Phallic Masculine Principle, the lingam; Hei: Feminine Principle, the uterus, the yoni; Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei [IAOH] is reduced to [Shin] Ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.”
Thus, the mantra IAO is synthesized only by pronouncing the letter S, Shin, fire, sssssssssssssssssssssssssssss. Pronounce this powerful mantra when you are transmuting the sexual energy, at the fourth step of those four steps that Eliao explains in 1 Kings 19: 8-13.
We have to understand that we have to pass through those four steps. There are a lot of people that enter into the first step, which is formless; the second which is void, when they shake in the sexual act, and the third (darkness upon the face of the deep) the passional fire arises, but they do not control that fire, then, like within any animal that fire goes out and everything is lost. They lose the opportunity to awaken the Sea Goddess Bera Elah-Ym within themselves, which is Shin or Bera Elohim, the female creative aspect of Elohim, the outcome of Beresheet or Berith Esh.
But, behold and understand that the terrestrial man is the one that has to do it. Understand the true worship of God, because Eliao in the Bible characterizes himself as having that zeal, which sometimes the Bible translates as “jealousy” – he is jealous of God. In that very moment is when you love your God with all your brain, heart, and sex, which is the first commandment, namely, you have to love thy God with all your mind, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. That might is the sexual might. So, Eliao [Chesed] is the only one capable of doing that. The rest of our egos, which are 450 + 400 - almost 1000 - are worshipping Klipoth, the Baalim. This is how we understand “And the Spirit of the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im) moved upon the face of the waters,” which is the fourth step; after that fire.
We have to remember God. That is the Ruach Elohim, Chesed, which the book of Genesis translates literally as the Spirit of God. We Gnostics say that it is that Spirit of the Sea Goddess that is the Monad, the Spirit, inside of us. Chesed controls the fire of the water, because that fire is the Holy Spirit. The Ruach Elohim is fire, it goes down into the sexual act, and works with Shechinah. This is how we find that the fire within the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im), who said, “Let there be light,” and she says “and there was light” – because when she awakens and says, “What is here for you, Eliao,” he says, “Let there be light,” and she answers, “and there was light” – because Shin is the same light, Aur. This is how the prophet becomes illuminated and a guider.
The Ruach Elohim, the force of the wind that comes from above, is the one that took Eliao (Elijah) into Heaven. It is written,
“A strong wind came from the North and took him up into Heaven.”
Yet, that wind is not the wind that is in the beginning of the sexual act, because Jehovah is not in the passional wind. Jehovah is in the Ruach Elohim, which is that gentle wind that descends when the couple is still, retaining that fire within in order to transmute it. This, which is written in the Bible cryptically, is called sexual Alchemy.
“And, the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im) saw the light, that is was good.”
“And Elah-Im divided the light from the darkness, and the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im) called the light day, and the darkness she called night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.”
This is the very beginning, when we make light in ourselves. Remember that the one who evokes the light is Chesed, the Ruach Elohim, the Spirit within you. He is the one that works with the Divine Mother Kundalini, with the Goddess Elah-Im, Adonia.
So, Chesed is the one that receives the Initiations, according to Genesis. The personality is not the one that receives Initiations or degrees, but the Innermost, the Monad inside of us.
Chesed is the Spirit of Elohim that moves upon the face of the waters. We compare him with the God Narayana, the God of the water from the Hindu pantheon, in order to make a point that God is related with the Innermost.
Alchemy is also related with Taoism. See here the goddess Kuan-Yin, the goddess of the water of creation, according to Taoism. Kuan-Yin is one of the most beautiful symbols of the Divine Mother Elah-Im in Taoism.
By studying the prayer, the great invocation of the wise Solomon, one of the parts of the invocation says,
“Chasmalim, illuminate me with the splendors of Elohim, the Shekinah.”
Chasmalim means, “Brilliant ones.” In this day and age, the word chasmalim is used to describe the electricians that work here in the physical world; Chasmalim is how they are named in Hebrew , because they work with electricity. Well, when we Gnostics are working in the way that we are explaining here, we are working with the electricity, with the electrons, with the forces of the Divine Mother. This is why the invocation is directly addressing Chesed, because the Chasmalim are related to Chesed in the Tree of Life.
“Chasmalim, illuminate me with the splendors of the Sea Goddess (Elah-Im, the Shekinah).”
In other words, when we pronounce that, we are praying to the Ruach Elohim, the Spirit of God, our Innermost, to come down from Heaven, in order work in our sexuality, in order to awaken our fires, our electric forces, which are the forces of the Shekinah, because the Sssssssssssss (fire) is the electric force called Kundalini, the Shekinah in us. That is why, when we are doing that, we are working with willpower, and that is the beginning of the creation of Moses inside of us, because the splendors of Elah-Im the Shechinah were shining on the head of Moses.
The second day of Genesis says,
“And Elah-Im said, let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters, and Elah-Im made the firmament and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament, and it was so. And Elah-Im called the firmament Heavens, and the evening and the morning were the second day.”
So, as you see, here is the Goddess Kuan-Yin again on top of the Leviathan, because both of them work together. The Leviathan is that sea monster of the water that appears very clearly in the second day, but mixed with the passional forces, the boisterous waters, the animal forces that we have within. That is why the second day of Genesis is the only day where it is not written, “And God saw that it was good.” For in all of the other days, we read, “And God saw that it was good,” but it does not say for the second day “and it was good,” because there is something passional mixed there, when we are working with Yesod, the second sephirah from the bottom to the top, it relates to the Leviathan. Still there is too much Nephesh, animal force in us. But, as you see, Kuan-Yin is on top of the Leviathan, the second divine serpent has to be on top of the animal force in order for us to continue performing the days of Genesis.
In this graphic, we find the Tree of Life where we read the word משה Moses from Yesod to Kether; we find the letter Shin in the middle triangle. Moshe משה is how we pronounce it in Hebrew . Now you understand why Moshe, who is the Leviathan, has the letter Shin in the middle, because without the Shin (the fire), the Divine Mother Ssssssssssssssssssssss, Moshe cannot exist. Esh, Berith Esh – without Chastity Moshe cannot exist. Without the Shin, Moshe cannot exist, neither can Yeshua, Jesus.
On the right we find the name Yeshua. In the Bible, Yeshua is written יהושוע, but here Kabbalistically and Alchemically speaking, we are writing Yeshua with יהוה Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei, we just place the letter ש Shin in the middle – because without Mary, the Divine Mother, Shin, Jesus cannot exist. Jesus is Jesus because of the Divine Mother. Remember that Jesus of Nazareth was born from Mary, a virgin, a chaste symbol. The Virgin Mary is Ssssssssss ssssssssssss sssssssss, the Goddess of the Sea that awakens with Chastity, and when we reach the level of Yeshua, then she is in the middle of Iod-He-Vav-He, Y-E-SHU-A, this is how you write it. The name Yeshua is in relation with all of the Tree of Life, because Yeshua is the Tree of Life, and Moses is the one that relates to the Causal body. The Causal body, as we said, is Moses, the body of willpower.
We have explained that the Leviathan is a priest of the tribe of Levi. Tannin in Hebrew means “crocodile; thus, Levi-tannin (or Levi-than) means “a crocodile from the tribe of Levi” — a priest, in other words. This is because Binah is water, Levi is priesthood. You cannot be a priest if you are not from the priesthood of Levi, and you have to be a crocodile. Remember that the brother of Moses, Aaron, was also the child of two priests – a male from Levi and a female from Levi, man and woman.
Genesis 1: 21-22, reads, “And Elah-Im created great Tannin,” because the goddess of the sea creates great crocodiles. But, Genesis says “Tannim,” which is plural (Leviathan and his mate) because the woman also builds her own Leviathan (willpower), but is feminine willpower.
“And every living creature that creeps which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind.”
Well, it sounds creepy, right? Creatures that creep… this is what the Bible says. What are those creatures that creep? Those are the forces of the sephirah Geburah. Remember that the fire from the sephirah Geburah goes to the sephirah Malkuth, the sexual force of the man. And there also in the female we have that creature that creeps, that is called Lilith, the animal force. Or what the book of Revelation calls the “locusts” that are liberated by the angel of the abyss. The angel of the water from the very bottom liberates the forces that creep, the locusts, which Eliao (Elijah, John the Baptist) was eating in the wilderness, because his main food, as we said in other lectures, was honey and locusts. Remember that honey symbolizes the forces of the digestive system, when we are transmuting in the sephirah Malkuth. And, the locusts are the fires of the sephirah Geburah that we have to transmute; it refers to the animal sexual force that we need to transform.
There are a lot of people that receive that creeping thing, or creature that creeps, that is brought from the sexual waters. And what do they do with it? Well, at the end of October we will see what these creatures do with this creepy thing, right? The great monsters are our ego inside; Lilith. The children of Lilith, the Lilin, are there at Halloween, which we have inside, too. It is the creeping thing that we have to fight against; not to celebrate, but to fight against. That is the meaning of it.
“And every winged bird after his kind.”
“And Elah-Im saw that it was good, and Elah-Im blessed them saying, “Be fertile and rabbi.”
That is the fifth day of Genesis, related with the sephirah Tiphereth. The translation says, “Be fruitful and multiply” – but that word, rabba, could be rabba or rabbi (a master, a teacher). So, the real translation is “Be fertile and rabbi” – multiply that within you, be a master.
It is not enough to reach the fifth Initiation, you have to develop mastery by becoming yourself a rabbi [a master] - because this statement, “Be a rabbi” or as it is translated in the Bible, “Be fruitful and multiply” is written only in the fifth and sixth day of Genesis. Why? Because, you become a master, a rabbi, only in the fifth initiation.
Another step is the sixth.
“And fill the waters and the seas...”
Seas, plural – this means fill the waters of Eden in Heaven with your archetypes; work in yourself, and let birds multiply in the Earth, in this physical body. Let those virtues multiply within you, within the psyche.
The Zohar says, when talking about this:
“And Elah-Im created every winged bird after his kind.” The words “”And every winged bird after his kind” signifies all those creatures of whom it is written, “…for a bird of the air shall carry the voice and those that have wings shall tell the matter.” – Ecclesiastes 10: 26 “All of these beings have six wings; never more, nor less. And therefore, the words after his kind, are applied to winged angelic creatures.” - Zohar
Do you remember the Cherub of Ezekiel? It has six wings. Well, those wings are related to the six sephiroth between Daath and Malkuth: Chesed, Geburah, Tiphereth, Netzach, Hod, and Yesod – those are the six wings which are in heaven, related with your internal development, according to your own kind. We will say, according to your own ray of creation, because there are seven rays of development, and there are different creatures that are in heaven, according to their own kind, their own development, their own mighty ray under which they developed.
So, that is what the Zohar says. It does not mean their own kind as people think – according to your own blood or race. That is a very literal and vulgar way of interpreting Kabbalistic matters. The meaning of this is that we have to develop Moses internally, spiritually.
Moses is being born from the waters. Is it not true that we find crocodiles in the water? We find a lot of crocodiles in the river Nile. But, Levi-crocodiles are only found in the Euphrates River, in that river that we work with, which is the sexual force. That is why it is written:
“And there went a man of the house of Levi and took a daughter of Levi.”
Who is Levi? If we associate that with the sephirah Binah (the Holy Spirit, or the third triangle of priesthood) then we understand. Exodus says “A man” - yet, it does not say Adam, it says Ish, because male in Hebrew is written with Aleph, Iod and Shin – Ish. Woman is called Isha, which is the same as the word fire, and you apply the letter Hei at the end, Isha. So, Ish and Isha, male and female. The only difference is that the man has the Iod, and the woman has the Hei. It is easy to see that they are talking about the two polarities of Binah – mother and father, Ish and Isha. And, “There went an Ish of the House of Levi (Binah)” refers to the sexual force of the father, that is united with the daughter of Levi What is the daughter? In other lectures we said, Iod-Hei-Vav-Hei. Iod is the father, Hei is the mother. Vav is the son, and Hei is the daughter. So, the other letter Hei is the daughter, which is Malkuth.
So, when we said that there was a man from the house of Levi who took the daughter of Levi, took the Malkuth in other words, because that is the daughter. The second Hei of the holy name is the daughter of the first Hei, which is above. It says, took it.
“And, the woman [Isha, the fire of that Malkuth] conceived and bore a son and when she saw him, that he was goodly, she hid him three months.”
This is precisely the secret of the creation of the Causal body. They have to hide that, in order to not be loud mouthed, so that it does not appear on the internet, with people proclaiming, “I am the bodhisattva of this, and this God and this Master, blah blah blah.” They do not hide anything, why? Because it is not Moses, the Causal body, that is talking. It is their mind: vanity and pride.. If you reach the development of the Causal body (Moses) within you, you have to hide that. It is secret, because the initiations belong to Chesed, the Innermost, not to you.
There are some Gnostics in this day and age that think that when one reaches mastery, the whole world has to know about it. Why? Why does the world, humanity, need to know that they are masters, or that the Innermost reached mastery. Why? I would like to know why. It is not necessary. What this humanity needs is the knowledge. This is what humanity needs. It does not need to know that such and such fellow reached mastery… what good is that? Maybe to guide you, that is okay, but it is not a necessity. If you have enough intuition, you know who is a master, and who is not, because by their fruits you will know them.
“And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river’s brink.” – Exodus 2:3
Well, this is precisely the moment when the Tannin child that is born above descends in the flags by the river’s brink below, because the Causal body, the human soul is the first part of the Monad that descends through the Euphrates into the physical body, into Mizrahim below. It descends from above, through the left side of the Tree of Life, into Malkuth, and that is why we have to be careful, because that child which is the Causal body, is Moses, symbolically speaking. It is a divine crocodile, a Levi-Tannin.
“And his sister stood afar off, to wit what would be done to him.”
His sister is the Shechinah below, because he is a son of the Shechinah above. But, his sister is also a daughter of Aima Elah-Im, and that daughter is precisely Moses’ sister; mother above, sister below.
“And the daughter of Pharaoh came down to wash [herself] at the river; and her maidens walked along by the river’s side; and when she saw the ark [Aron Kadosh, the ark of the covenant] among the flags, she sent her maid to fetch it.” - Exodus 2: 1-5
The daughter of Pharaoh is the physicality, Malkuth; she is chaste, because in our physicality is where Moses has to develop. In Malkuth he is also a priest of Osiris. Moses is a Tannin, because he is born from two Levitannin. Those Levitannim are the male-female, priest and priestess, and Moses is born from them, in order to develop physically. But, not to open the mouth loudly, because then he can be lost, he can die, through the forces of the Pharaoh, the intellect. That is why in Egypt, as the Zohar states, Moses is the Leviathan. We will state that all of the inner bodies are children of the Leviathan, or children of Levi. Thus this is how we find the crocodile, the Leviathan (the Levi-tannin) in Egypt.
Moses is the crocodile God, Sobek, which is represented by three wicks, and those wicks are immortal: the Spirit, the Divine Soul, and the Human Soul, which are united in the crocodile, because without those three beings which exist above, namely, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the crocodile cannot exist. The crocodile is born in Malkuth, yet, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph have to be within him before that event, because Moses is the last crocodile, the most powerful of all of them. Moses unites below and above, above and below. This is what we find in the Book of the Dead of the Egyptians, the chapter which discusses making the transformation into the crocodile God. We will say that this is the chapter regarding the making into Moses – it is the same thing. Moses is the God with the face of a crocodile, a Levi-tannin, a priest that works with the waters of sexuality.
“The Osiris Ani, whose word is truth, saith:- I am the Crocodile-God (Sebak, Sebek, Sobek) who dwelleth amid his terrors. I am the Crocodile-God and I seize [my prey] like a ravening beast. I am the great Fish which is in Kamui. I am the Lord to whom bowings and prostrations are made in Sekhem. And the Osiris Ani is the lord to whom bowings and prostrations are made in Sekhem.”
The ego is the terror. Those creatures that creep are the terrors for the crocodile. That crocodile develops wisdom and says, “I am the crocodile God, and I seize my prey like a ravenous beast.” This is how we learn and know how to develop our Moses within, the Causal body, that is, by seizing our prey, which is the ego, a ravenous beast.
“I am the great fish,” which in the Bible is called “Gadol Tanniyn,” created on the fifth day: “And God created the Gadol tannin (the great crocodiles, or the great whales.” “...which is in Kamui,” the Spirit.
“I am the Lord to whom bowings and prostrations are made in Sekhem,” the spinal column, because this is where the prostrations are made. This is where the crocodile abides, which is fire. All the seven bodies abide there.
“And the Osiris-Ani is the Lord to whom bowings and prostrations are made in Sekhem.” Osiris is Christ in Egypt. Osiris-Ra, in other words, Christ, is the one who works in the spinal column. It is written:
“Behold, I am the dweller in his terrors. I am the crocodile, his first born. I bring prey from a distance. I am the fish of Horus, the great one in Kamui. I am the Lord of bowing in Sekhem.” – from the papyrus of Nebseni
So, that is the crocodile that we have to develop. It is Moses united with the three creatures in Heaven – the sephiroth Chesed, Geburah, and Tiphereth. That is Moses united in one, the crocodile Sobek, the Innermost, divine, and human souls, all united. But, be careful, because this is Moses, symbolically speaking.
Pay attention, because I am not affirming that somebody here in this physical world is the reincarnation of Moses, as many boast. I said in other lectures, that presently there are at least three people that claim that they are the bodhisattva of Moses. And I ask, How could somebody be the bodhisattva of the bodhisattva?” The bodhisattva is Moses himself. This is what we have to understand.
The truth is that those who claim to be the reincarnation of Moses are just hypocritical scribes and pharisees, demons with the face of a crocodile, which is different.
“The scribes [of Netzach] and the Pharisees [of Hod] sit in Moses” seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.” - Matthew 23: 2, 3
Again, presently there are many mythomaniacs who “sit on the seat of Moses.” Among those pharisees and scribes, who sit on the seat of Moses, are those who teach and boast that they are this and that Lion Cub. Listen, when somebody does that, it is because he is one among those scribes and pharisees, demons with faces of crocodiles. We are talking here about a Demigod, a bodhisattva, a Lion Cub: Moses, with the face of a crocodile. So, do not mistake Moses, the bodhisattva, the Lion Cub with the scribes and pharisees, demons with faces of crocodiles, of which there are eight. Why eight? Because four are the river heads above and four are the river heads below.
Son of Man [Tiphereth], start singing this lamentation about Pharaoh, king of םמצרי Mizrahim [Malkuth]. Tell him, 'You may have called yourself a lion cub among nations, but you are a crocodile at sea. You thrash about in your rivers, muddy the water with your feet, and relieve yourself in the [four] rivers [of Eden].– Ezekiel 32: 2
THE CHAPTER OF BEATING BACK THE CROCODILES THAT COMETH TO CARRY AWAY THE MAGICAL WORDS FROM THE KHU [Tiphereth] IN THE UNDERWORLD. Osiris Auf-ānkh, triumphant, saith:
“The Mighty One [Ain Soph Aur - RA] fell down upon the place where he is [Yesod], or (as others say), upon his belly, but the company of the Gods [Elohim] caught him and set him up again. [My] soul [Tiphereth] cometh and it speaketh with its father [Ra], and the Mighty One delivereth it from these eight crocodiles. I know them by their names and [what] they live upon, and I am he who hath delivered his father from them.”
“Get thee back, O Crocodile that dwellest in the West, thou that livest upon the stars [12 signs of the zodiac, 12 tribes of Israel] which [wheel] never rest, for that which is an abomination unto thee is in my bosom, O thou that hast eaten the forehead of Osiris. I am Seth.”
“Get thee back, O Crocodile that dwellest in the West, for the serpent-fiend Nāau is in my bosom, and I will hurl her unto thee; let not thy flame be against me.”

“Get thee back, O Crocodile that dwellest in the North, who feedest upon violence which is offered unto thee hour after hour, for that which thou abominatest is in my bosom; let [not] thy venom be upon my head, for I am Tum.”
“Get thee back, O Crocodile that dwellest in the North, for the goddess Serqet is in my bosom and I have not yet brought her forth. I am Uatch-Maati (or Merti).”

I am clothed [with the solar bodies] and wholly provided with thy magical words, O Rā [the Ain Soph Aur], those which are in heaven [Schamayim] above me [Tiphereth] and in [Mayim of the] the earth [Malkuth] beneath me [Tiphereth]. I have gained power, and exaltation, and a full-breathing throat [Daath] in the abode of my father Ur (the Mighty One - Light), and he hath delivered unto me the beautiful Amentet which destroyeth living men and women; but strong is its divine lord, who suffereth from weakness,” or (as others say) “exhaustion twofold, therein day by day. My face is open, my heart is upon its seat, and the crown with the serpent [Isis] is upon mine head day by day. I am Rā, who is [El] his own protector, and nothing shall ever cast me to the ground.” – Egyptian Book of the Dead
We have to conjure those negative forces that claim to be Moses above and below, in order to strengthen our Moses within. There is a demon which is in the west, inside of us, and another demon which is in the west outside of us, a demon in the east inside of us and a demon in the east outside of us; likewise with the south and north; eight in total. Those are the eight antitheses, related with the four rivers of Eden that we have to fight against inside and outside of us. Thus, when I see those people that ignore this, and appear claiming that they are Moses, I say to myself, “He is just another demon among the demons with faces of crocodiles, who call themselves Moses.” Listen, those who know Kabbalah, and understand wisdom, are not cheated easily. This is why we are teaching this.
There are another three demons with faces of crocodiles who claim they are the angel Azazel – three! And three that claim to be Moses. So, then what are we going to do? Eenie, Meenie, Minie Moe, who is the one?
“At this time, it is appropriate to remember that the trunks of the tablets of the law, upon which the prophet Moses wisely wrote, by command of Jehovah, the Ten Commandments, are nothing other than a double runic lance, the phallic significance of which we must meditate upon profoundly. “My son, hear the instruction of thy father and forsake not the law of thy mother: For they shall be an ornament (Leviat) of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.” – Proverbs 1: 8, 9
“My son [it is talking about Moses, the Leviathan, or the Buddhata, which is the very seed of the Leviathan inside of us, the Consciousness] hear the instruction of thy Father [the Levithan], and forsake not the laws of thy Mother [the Leviathan, the laws of the Leviathan are sexual laws] for they shall be an ornament [Leviat, in Hebrew ; the same root of Leviathan] of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.”
When you visualize the urim and thummim of the priest of Levi, you find that they use twelve stones and a lot of beautiful things. These are the priests of Levi, with the urim and thummim all the ornaments, the Leviat of which we are speaking about here. “The ornament (Leviat) of grace unto thy head and chains about thy neck, the urim and thummim.” Indeed, the urim and thummim are the scales of the Leviathan. A priest of Levi appears with those scales and ornaments around his tunic, around his body, the twelve tribes of Israel, which represents the twelve parts of his Inner Self, developed. So, that is why the symbol of the priest of Levi – as you can see in the seventh graphic - is a Tannin - a heavenly holy crocodile of Levi – with the twelve stones hanging on his neck, and all the scales that represent all the bodies, or ornaments, of his tunic. He is a crocodile in disguise that works with the forces of the water, with the forces of priesthood – the third triangle. Indeed, this is why Moses was born from a man of the house of Levi, and a daughter of Levi.
Now, let us go into the number 13, so you can die. The letter מ Mem is 13.

The transfiguration of Yeshua, which is precisely (as we explained) the Christ within the initiate, occurs when he interprets the Torah – or as he says, the law of Moses. This means that, inside the initiate he enters into a rapture when he enjoys the scriptures written by Moses, the five books of the Torah, the Pentateuch, the five books written that are pure Kabbalah and Alchemy, and that need to be explained with Kabbalah - that is the law. Yeshua, the Inner Lord, interprets that with total intelligence, while displaying his works of the marvelous zeal of Eliao, when teaching unto the people. Why? Because remember, it is Tiphereth, Moses, that goes and talks with God, and says unto the Lord:
“O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. And Iod-Havah said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I Iod-Havah? Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send. And the anger of Iod-Havah was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee: and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart. And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth: and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do. And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.” – Exodus 4: 10-16
In other words God said, “Is not your Mental body (the priest Aaron) very knowledgeable and able to communicate to the people?” Well, Aaron is the same Elijah (Eliao), purified. In the transfiguration of Jesus, Moses appears on his right and Eliao on his left - which for us, is left (Moses) and right (Eliao), which means the bodhisattva: in other words, Moses, the Causal body, and Eliao, the Mental Solar Body. This is how Yeshua, the Lord, the Inner God, expresses himself through Moses and Eliao. This is the transfiguration.
If you want to see the transfiguration of Yeshua, or of any master, you have to understand the cryptic manner in which such a master writes. In this case, like Master Samael, through his Eliao, his Solar Mind, the way that the master explains the book of Moses, the law, through his mind (Eliao). The abstract mind, the superior mind, is the Causal body, the Superior Manas, and the Inferior Manas is the Solar Mind, Eliao. This is precisely the meaning of that; it is just the bodhisattva that is there, the three of them. Below is Peter that works by controlling the waters from the pineal gland, because Peter is faith, working with the waters, related with Moses. Peter is above controlling the waters from the pineal gland, the sexual waters of Yesod. That is why Peter is related with Moses. Then, we find James, who is represented with a pumpkin hat, on his head. This represents the mercury of the wise, the different transformation of the mercury that occurs in relation with Eliao, when one is annihilating the 450 prophets of Baal. It is a transformation; when Jezebel is annihilated inside of us, that transformation is represented by James. But, these are here below, and the other ones are Solar bodies. Moses is the Causal Solar Body; Eliao is the Solar-Christified Mental body, and below are the archetypes related with it. You find John in the middle, who represents the Word – IEOUAMS – that expresses itself through the mouth and which rests his head on the heart of Jesus, which is the atom Nous. All six of these figures that you see in the transfiguration of Jesus are precisely that - different levels in every initiate. This is inside of us. But, first, we have to create Moses and Eliao. You cannot pass through the transfiguration of Jesus, if you do not have Mental and Causal Solar bodies within. And, you will not pass that if you do not put into activity the other three archetypes which are below, that are parts of the Being. That is why you find that Yeshua and Moshe are written with the letter Shin in the middle, with the fire in both names. And, below the two names above is the word Eliao in Hebrew .
I do not know why they translated Eliao as Elijah, when the word shows us that the first syllable (El) means God, and then Iod-He-Vav, which is IAO. That is why in Hebrew , he is called Eliao, but, in English you call it Elijah – which is the synthesis of, “My God is Jah,” which is Iod-Hei the synthesis of IAO.
Questions and Answers
Question: In the first graphic, you showed the different rivers. I didn’t see the Tigris river on that graphic, where would it be?
Instructor: You asked that in the fourth graphic, you see the different rivers, but not the river Tigris? Well, these are the names written in the Bible. Now, among those rivers, some state that there was the river Tigris. I do not know which one. But, the Euphrates, everybody knows, right? Now, the Tigris, I guess is Hedikkel, this is what I think. Since in different Bibles they translate those names into the names of the rivers that they find in certain parts of Mesopotamia – this in order to explain a literal interpretation where the Garden of Eden was situated, when it was created. Of course, this is ludicrous, because the only thing that you find in that area was a college of initiates that was there at that ancient time, at the shores of those rivers. Thus, they always state that place was Eden.
