I have a few questions regarding alchemy and Pranayama for singles, that I cannot seem to find the answer for in my personal research of the website.

1) Samael Aun Weor recommends to couples to only practice alchemy once a day, to let the energies properly crystallize into the higher realms. Would this be the same for singles? Should we only practice Pranayama's only once per day?

2) He also recommends to practice alchemy during ADI, and Samahdi, (at dawn before the sun rises, and as the sun rises) Is this the same for singles?

3) Also, I recently had an experience where I was practicing pranayama in the astral, and I noticed that I could actually feel the energy, rather then just visualizing it. Is this the proper way to practice pranayama? Do we need to necessarily be in the astral, and feel the energy rising up the spinal column, to know the pranayama is working? Is it more, less, or equal in effectiveness practicing alchemy in the astral plane?

4) Are there any other advanced practices of alchemy for singles, other then the two I currently have found in my research? 1- HAM-SAH, and 2 - alternate nose breathing (HAM-SAH-TON, HAM-RA-TON).

If possible can you recommend some resources to me? I am aware that among the three factors birth, should be balanced with death, and sacrifice, I just feel I have not completely comprehended the aspect of "birth" for people who are practicing on the path as singles, and are not yet ready to enter into the practice of working with a spouse.

I have not yet read igneous rose, perfect matrimony, or golden blossom, because I am under the impression it will mostly be information regarding working alchemy with couples, and also I feel like it would be the ego of lust pushing me to try to read one of those books when I am not yet ready.

1.) You can practice pranayama as many times per day as you wish, generally it is suggested to practice at least a half hour a day.

2.) Ham-Sah or simple pranayama can be practiced at any time, however Samael Aun Weor writes that Egyptian Pranayama needs to be performed at sunrise and sunset if this is the practice you are working with.

3.) It can be very helpful to practice pranayama if you find yourself conscious in the Astral Plane. You don't need to feel any sensation in order to confirm your practicing pranayama correctly, just work on relaxing while becoming conscious of your breath and the visualization.

4.) Yes, there is the Viparita Karani Mudra which is explained by Samael Aun Weor in Tibetan Exercises for Rejuvenation. This is, to my understanding, the most advanced transmutation practice for a single student as it requires an amount of restraint by the practitioner.

The factor of birth refers to building the Solar Bodies in order to be born in the Superior Worlds, however it also means giving birth to the virtues of the Being and good will, and this is something you can work on everyday whether single or married.

Have you visited the Sacred-Sex website? There are a lot of helpful resources and articles there.
