I bought "The dayspring of youth" by M, and in this he advocates:

Sing the note F# for 'the length of a breath' for health against cancer

These myriad workers - whom we neither heed nor help - are often discouraged and seemingly helpless through our excesses in stimulants and labour. The student can encourage them every morning by this exercise: take a deep breath, stand upon the soles of the feet, pat the tip of the liver- the Robin Goodfellow of the Yogi - and send love and encouragement whilst doing so.

Are these advised? Also, Where does the tip of the liver resides? From anatomic picture, I would guess at the left of the body, right under the thorax. Also, Master Samael writes in several places:I: Clairvoyance, middlebrow, note TIE: Occult ear, larynx, note SOLO: Intuition, heart, note FAU: Telepathy, solar plexus, note MIA: Memory of past lives, lungs, note LAIs it useful to sing the mantra's using these notes (I guess the Do to use is the one from the piano?).Also, I was unable to tell which note is Ti, is this a Si flat? Thanks for your great support.

Any practice given by the Master Moria would be advised as well as the study of his works The Dayspring of Youth and The Lord God of Truth Within.

The tip of the liver is located about 2 inches below the left nipple of your chest. When performing the pat, use the index and middle fingers of your right hand with the thumb out and the other two fingers curled in and face East. It can be good to perform this practice at dawn too.

I'm not sure about how to tell which note is Ti, however what's important when pronouncing or singing the mantras is to use the proper pronunciation ("I" as in "bee," "E" as in "tray," etc.).

Does this clarify things?
