Greetings, Dear instructors at Glorian publishing. If one is in dire need of physical and mental vitality, how much pranayama should be performed to attain quick results? (I do understand that it's not an overnight matter.) Would it be accurate however to assume that the more pranayama one performs, the more energy is transmuted?

Thank you for your imput, instructor. This insight is much needed. I do have a followup question however if you don't mind. One of the rites mentioned by the master captures my attention, the vipakarani mudra, where one lays on their back with their legs raised vertically and against a wall, with the buttocks against the wall. This mudra is said to prolong life and heal all sicknesses. Does this mudra on its own transmute the sexual energy and can theirfore take the place of pranayama? Also, when practicing this mudra I begin to feel a tingling at the tips of my toes. Is this something I'm doing wrong or just an effect of that posture? Thank you for your time and compassion.

All of the described rites are a ritual that you perform together with your Divine Mother and the Holy Spirit. The sexual energy that you accumulate in your sexual glads comes from the Holy Spirit. Therefore the Vipakarani Mudra utilizes the sexual energy for healing and is a kind of transmutation. But it is utilized to heal, to restore the body. Ultimately, when your body has healed sufficiently, you might want to use this rite to heal your consciousness, in order to awaken it.


Also, when practicing this mudra I begin to feel a tingling at the tips of my toes. Is this something I'm doing wrong or just an effect of that posture?


Such tingling is most likely something neurological and could be related to your nerves. Please make sure that you have something soft under you back, that does not push or squeeze your nerves (in the back). And don't overdo the posture, if you cannot reach the 90° angle, start with what you body is able to do and then increase the angle with care and time.
The tingling might also be a sign that some nerves heal, which have been previously damaged.

I want to thank you instructor for this imput which has been beautiful and profound. Your inner being has blessed me with this insight. Your inner being does good works through Glorian. I've had a sort of sense lately that I want to practice pranayama but I have this sense that my being wants me to practice this mudra instead, at least for now or perhaps permanently. I wonder why that might be? Will this mudra give me the energy I need for meditation, self-observation etc as pranayama would have? Also, if one has an illness that is potentially karmic and then practices this mudra, is this violating the law of karma?

You can perform this rite and receive many benefits: increased circulation, clarity of mind, improved flexibility, and lucidity of concentration. It does not transmute energy automatically. However, you can perform Ham-Sah while doing the Viparita Karani Mudra.

Healing oneself does not violate karma. We are healed in accordance with the law and divine mercy through these exercises.
