Can Hamsa be practiced silently without vocalizing "sa" aloud on the exhale? Also can Hamsa be performed while walking?

What is it exactly that you are trying to achieve?

When you read Samael Aun Weor's explanation of the Hamsa practice, you can see that it is meant to go very deep internally and to abandon your bodies. So, performing Hamsa and being physically active do contradict each other.

We should not look for ways to replace the dedicated time for our practice by stuffing these techniques into other activities.

If we feel inspired to stay conscious of our breath throughout the day, this can be a very good practice. In that case you can use a silent Pranayama technique, as for example described in the video below:

But keep observing yourself and honestly reflect whether you do this in a beneficial way, or you just split your consciousness in a harmful way.

I am curious if there are beneficial techniques and/or mantras that help in the practice of harnessing prana while physically performing activities ranging from simply walking in nature to more intense activities such as playing soccer. I understand that the primary focus of pranayama is to keep the body relaxed and still whether it be standing or sitting, which I am currently practicing daily. However, I'm curious how one can benefit on time spent physically engaged with prana. Even though I find great benefit in the internal pranayama practice of inward serenity and stillness, I'm still seeking productive ways to utilize my time spent doing physical activities. Is this considered risky and harmful? I'm not sure if I fully understand what you mean by split consciousness. Could you elaborate? Thank you

If you want to do something beneficial during physical activities, focus completely on the activity. No thoughts, no distractions, become the activity, nothing else. This is beneficial for your consciousness because you strengthen it with your focus, instead of splitting it by having thoughts, fantasizing about random things, making unconscious movements, like leg shaking, etc. Every subconscious activity that you prevent will save energy that you can utilize for your consciousness and the practices where you use it.

But this does not equal to harvesting this energy. For this you either need to perform practices like Pranayama or Sexual Magic with a spouse. There are also practices like Tai Chi and they help because they are also for harvesting Prana. But physical activities like soccer will only push that Prana into your muscles, not into your consciousness.
