  When performing the Eucharist, we pray to Christ, since Chokmah on the Supernal Triangle of Kabbalah is intimately related with the mysteries of Hod, Ritual and Ceremonial Magic of the heart. INRI is very powerful, so is IAO, RAMIO. You can utilize any of these mantras in particular for your practice, although there are more. Follow your discretion and intuitive yearning.
  
  Samael Aun Weor gave the practice of the Eucharist in his book The Seven Words. You can find a direct link to the section explicating the practice in the reference link of this message. There he states that the most powerful prayer is the Our Father with its seven esoteric petitions. Pray this when performing the Eucharist.
  
  We have to remember that within the Father is the Son and the Holy Spirit, that within the Son is the Father and the Holy Spirit, and that within the Holy Spirit is the Father and the Son. Invoke your God in whatever form you need, whether you naturally feel inclined towards the Divine Father, Divine Mother or Son. Personally, I invoke Father, Mother and Son when performing the Eucharist, as well as Samael Aun Weor (since the Red Christ is very active in these times and works through the bread and wine of the Gnostics).
  
  The practice is effective in accordance with the sincerity of the heart. It does not matter if the practice is five minutes or thirty; what is important is the depth of your prayer, the concentration of your mind and the purity of your heart when you practice.
