Why is the fourth dimension called the dimension of time, when time does not exist?

In the astral plane one comes to discover that time does not mean the same thing in the fifth dimension that it does in the third. Hence, we (in the third dimension) are constrained by the fourth dimension, which is time. If what is bothering you is not the name but the fact that the fourth dimension is place, this can be verified by anyone who takes up the study of Jinn Science.
