Dear Rosencroix,

I have a friend that follows Lama Ole's teachings... Could you provide a (some) source(s) of these informations so I could provide him in order to inform him about that, so he can investigate them by himself?

All of this just Tibetan politics and history. About the Karmapa, "The Dance of 17 Lives" is interesting, for history (I didn't say it is totally objective or even recommended reading for Gnostic students, it is just interesting). Also, the book entitled "The Dalai Lamas" is a great and extensive detailed history of the fourteen Dalai Lamas. There you can find lots of interesting information.

If you are trying to convince to your friend about the authenticity (or lack thereof) of a particular tradition, it is better if you expose them to the teachings of Master Samael and let them figure out their perspective on their own.

QUOTE (Rosencroix @ Mar 23 2006, 01:19 AM) *
Master Samael said that not every Lama that literally wears a red hat is a black magician.
He also never referred to any of the Lamas that I was discussing in my posts.
The Lamas of three of the four schools of Tibetan Buddhism wear red hats in certain rituals. That is, the Sakyapa, Nyingmapa, and Kagyupa all wear red hats.

The only ones who don't are the Gelugpa (like the Dalai Lama).

Except for the times that H.H. the Dalai Lama is practicing Rites from the Sakyapa, Nyingmapa, Kagyupa, and Bonpo sects:
