"And the fifth angel (Samael) sounded (uttered the Fifth Truth), and I saw a star (Divine Wisdom of Daath) fall from heaven unto (Klipoth of) the earth: and to him (Samael) was given the key of the bottomless pit (of Yesod)." - Revelation 9:1

The bottomless pit is the unfathomable abyss or chaos that is difficult or impossible to intellectually comprehend. There are three bottomless pits or unfathomable abysses or Chaos:

1. Daath: the primeval Macrocosmic Chaos of the creative sexual force of the Word out of which - Kabbalistically – is explained how the universe is formed.
2. Yesod: The venerable Microcosmic Chaos of sex out of which - Kabbalistically – is explained how the human being is formed. As above so below
3. Klipoth: The inferior (Latin Infernus) Chaos where the devolving Egos dwell; hell. The subjective reasoning within the intellectual animal relates to this type of chaos where only disorder reigns. Obviously, the chaotic disorder of the subjective reasoning within this humanity is what creates the common and ordinary Karma.

The "key of the bottomless pit" represents the Great Arcanum (Yesod) that unlooses the mystery of the Abyss (Klipoth) and of the Tree of Knowledge (Daath) that was locked by the original sin. The Great Arcanum grants us the conscious comprehension of these three types of abysses.

Fornication (in Yesod) originated the ego, the devil that locked or trapped these Divine truths - placed in the consciousness - in the "bottomless pit" (Klipoth) for a season, yet, in the initiation, the ego, that is, Satan himself is locked in the "bottomless pit" (Klipoth) along with his lies and deceptions.

"And he (the Angel Samael) opened the bottomless pit (of Yesod by releasing the doctrine of the Tree of Knowledge, Daath); and there arose a smoke (or an evidence that the divine truth was suppressed) out (of the sexual passional fire) of the pit (of Klipoth), as the smoke of a great furnace (the evidence-smoke of the furnace-fornication was broadly and clearly uncovered); and the sun (of religious understanding) and the air (of subjective reasoning) were darkened (detracted from authority or reputation) by reason of the (ardent libertine sexual appetite, whose) smoke (or evidence that the divine truth was suppressed by fornication within the consciousness in its dormant condition) of the pit (Yesod, sex)." - Revelation 9:2

"And there came out of this smoke (of the ardent libertine sexual appetite) locusts (egotistical entities that trapped, suppressed or restrained the consciousness) upon the (physical) earth (or Malkuth, physical body); and unto them (those egotistical entities related to Kamaduro and Karmasaya) was given power, as the scorpions (with their poisonous karma of fornication and adultery) of the earth (society) have power (through mental, emotional and physical sicknesses, which bring extreme karmic distress when the desire for healing cannot be attained)." - Revelation 9:3

"And it was commanded them (these lustful egotistical entities) that they should not hurt (affect) the grass (discernment) of the earth (physical body); neither any green thing (spiritual longing), neither any tree (sensorial faculty); but only those (fornicator) men which (do not sublimate their libido and therefore) have not the seal of (the living) God (Shaddai-El-Chai, the Holy Spirit) in their foreheads (minds)." - Revelation 9:4

(The following precept is to discuss the laws concerning locusts. We learned that fish and locusts do not require slaughter, but it is their gathering that makes it permissible to eat them. Such are the sages of Kabbalah. They do not need slaughtering BY THE ANGEL OF DESTRUCTION {Apollyon} but it says of them, "and expired, and was gathered to his people" (Genesis 49:33). Just as the fish of the sea live in the sea, so do the Kabbalah students and the sages of Daath live in the sea, and if they are separated from Daath they immediately die ) - Zohar

"And to them (these lustful psychological karmic entities) it was given that (because of Kamaduro and Karmasaya) they should not kill them, but that they (their egotistical consciousness) should be tormented (physically and in the abyss with neurasthenia, jealousy, passion, desperation, cruelty, egotism, ambition, etc.) five months (Karma through the five senses); and their torment (of these egotistical entities) was as the torment of a scorpion (as the astral light of the constellation of Scorpio that unchained all sexual appetites and desires of the lower abdomen), when he striketh (because of sexual violence) a (fornicator) man." - Revelation 9:5

"And in those (karmic) days (in the physical plane and in the abyss) shall (the fornicator) men seek death (annihilation for their sexual appetites and remorse or karma), and could not find it; and shall desire to die (the second death) and (the second) death (because of Karmasaya and Kamaduro) shall flee from them." - Revelation 9:6

"And the shapes of the locusts (or astral entities related with Kamaduro and Karmasaya) were like unto horses (or beasts that are) prepared unto to battle (in order to satisfy their bestial appetite); and on their heads (which are seven: Lust, Anger, Pride, Envy, Greed, Gluttony and Laziness) were as it were crowns like gold (as if their Klipothic power were the divine authority of Kether), and their (hypocritical bestial) faces (in the physical plane) were as the faces of men (or human beings)." - Revelation 9:7

"And they (the human beasts) had hair (ideas, thoughts, dreams, political affairs, mental projections) as the hair of women (nourished with envy, false sweetness and a refined vain and conceited hypocrisy), and their teeth (painful intentions) as the teeth of (the) lions (of the law, ready to puncture the flesh of its owner or its prey according to their Karma)." - Revelation 9:8

"And they (these Klipothic demons) had breastplates (premeditations), as it were breastplates (of righteousness) of iron (good will); and the sound (messages) of their wings (that get in motion based on the winds of Karma) was as the sound of chariots (organizations) of many horses (castes) running to battle (arguments, debates, wars)." - Revelation 9:9

"And they (these Klipothic demons) had tails (Kundabuffer) like unto scorpions (who kill and torment with their poisonous power), and there were stings (weapons, inventions for mass destruction) in their tails (based on their Kundabuffer or demonic lustful power): and their (Karmic) power was to hurt (the fornicators) five months (until the Karma, Kamaduro and Karmasaya is fulfilled)." - Revelation 9:10

"And they (these Klipothic demons) had a king (a Malachim) over them, which is (the psyche trapped in Evil-Will, the Self-Willed-Ego, the negative aspect of Tiphereth, the fallen fire of Leo, the lion, the king of all beasts) the angel (the messenger who executes the Will, the Karmic commands of Eloah-Va-Daath Jah-Chavah, Shiva-Shakti, the Holy Spirit) of the bottomless pit (Yesod, sex, the fathomless abyss of the waters), whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon (who has also been identified as the angel of death and destruction, angel of the abyss, and king of demons of the underworld hierarchy, where he is equated with the sexual forces of Samael-Scorpius), but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon (Destroyer - Scorpius is a sign of water and Apollyon is the one who has the authority to release or seal up these locusts, to open or shut the door of the waters’ fathomless abyss. He is called king over them, not because he leads them but because he has complete authority over them)." - Revelation 9:11

The book of Revelation equated Abaddon with Apollyon, and Cornelius Agrippa positioned him as the monarch in Klipoth, yon in the lower shadow of the Sephirah Tiphereth (Beauty) on the Kabbalistic Tree. Indeed, Tiphereth is governed by the Sun-Apollo (the Cosmic Christ) and the planet Venus-Aphrodite (Goddess of love and beauty).

Tiphereth relates to the Human Soul (Venus-Beauty) and the Heart (the Sun-Apollo) in the physical body. The bloodstream places the Astral Light (Apollo) “yon” Tiphereth-the Heart, there in Yesod-Sexual Organs (Ens Venerie - the entity of Venus; the semen is the venereal astral light liquefied in the sexual organs by the action of the bloodstream in the human organism).

The name Apollyon or Apollo-lion is the Gk. Apollo or Apollon, apo- "from, away from" + olluein “to drive away” "to destroy."

The Greek God Apollo is identified with Helion or Helios, the Sun God; so Helion is He-Lion, the Helicon, the luminescent solar light of Leo, the Lion.

The Greek word for lion is translated 'king' in Latin, because the lion is the king of all the beasts.

Lion is the solar light of the constellation of Leo, the solar fire “He That Tears Asunder.”

Thus, Apollyon is the fallen Tiphereth (the Malachim, the human soul, the psyche) that receives the Astral Solar Light of Apollo (Christ) through the heart, and who thereafter squanders through the sexual organs by means of fornication and adultery (Lilith and Nahemah – Evil Beauty), the negative aspects of Venus-Aphrodite (sexual force).

As the deer panteth after the water brooks, so (in the sexual water brooks of Yesod) panteth my soul (Tiphereth) after thee, O God.

My soul (Tiphereth) thirsteth for God (in the sexual act), for the living God (Shaddai-El-Chai): when shall I come and appear before God?

My tears have been my meat day and night, while (from Klipoth) they (in the sexual act) continually say unto me, Where is thy God?

When (in the sexual act) I remember (Elah - Aleph, Lamed, Hei) these (letters that remind me the Divine Mother), I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with (Elah, my Goddess) them to the house of God (Malkuth - the physical body), with the voice of (sexual) joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday (Chastity).

Why art thou (sexually) cast down (to the sexual water brooks of Yesod), O my soul (Tiphereth)? and why (in the sexual act) art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for (in the sexual act) I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance.

O my God, my soul (Tiphereth) is (sexually) cast down (to the sexual water brooks of Yesod) within me (in Malkuth, the physical body): therefore (in the sexual act) will I remember thee from the land of Jordan (the sexual organs), and (spinal medulla, the land) of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar (the Brain).

Deep (Mayim venerable Microcosmic sexual waters’ fathomless abyss in Yesod) calleth unto deep (Schamayim primeval Macrocosmic waters’ fathomless abyss of the divine sexual spiritual forces in Daath) at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me (Tiphereth).

Yet Jah-Chavah (from Daath) will command his lovingkindness (Zauir Anpin - Chesed) in (Tiphereth, the Bridegroom) the daytime, and in the night (his Nukva) his song (his Bride) shall be with me (Tiphereth, the Bridegroom), and (in sexual alchemy) my prayer unto the God of my life (Shaddai-El-Chai).

I will say (in the sexual act) unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the (Klipothic) oppression  of the enemy (my  Lust, Satan, o-yave, the Ego in the sexual water brooks of Yesod)?

As with a sword in my bones, (from Klipoth) mine enemies (my egos) reproach me; while (in the sexual act) they say daily unto me, Where is thy God?

Why art thou (sexually) cast down (to the sexual water brooks of Yesod), O my soul (Tiphereth)? and why art thou (sexually) disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for (in the sexual act) I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - Psalm 42

And I saw an angel (Samael) come down from (the) heaven (of Daath), having the key of (the Great Arcanum of) the bottomless pit (of Yesod) and a great chain (or evidence of recurrent karmic events) in his hand (in order to give – Hebrew, Ratzon Latet, will to give – that is, to chastise according to the law).  Revelation 20: 1

And (therefore, according to the law of karma) he laid hold on the (black) dragon (the ego, Lilith and Nahemah, the shadow of Aphrodite-Venus, the evil beauty - the fallen Tiphereth, the human soul that fell because) that old (Kundabuffer) serpent, which is the Devil (the lustful mind, Kain), and Satan (the adversary of the Innermost in Malkuth-physical body), and (with knowledge - Gnosis) bound him (in Klipoth- Hell) a thousand years (until the creation of “Ishim” the human being into the image of God). Revelation 20: 2

And cast him (the ego, the shadow of Aphrodite-Venus, the evil beauty - the fallen Tiphereth, the human soul) into the bottomless pit (of Klipoth), and shut him up, and set a seal (the seal of chastity) upon him, that he should deceive the nations (souls of God) no more, till the thousand years (during which the human being into the image of God is created) should be fulfilled: and after that he (as the ego, Lilith) must be loosed a little season (in Yetzirah, the world of formation and of Angels). Revelation 20: 3

And I saw thrones (central nervous system in Assiah – Physical Bodies), and they (the Ishim or human beings into the image of God) sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them (the Ishim) that (through the initiations of fire) were beheaded for the witness of Jesus (the atom Nous), and for the word of God (or knowledge from Aun Weor), and which had not worshipped the beast (their ego), neither his image (subjective reasoning), neither had received his mark (or egotistical bestial reasoning) upon their foreheads (minds), or in their hands (Ratzon Latet, will to give); and they lived and reigned (as human beings into the image of God) with Christ (INRI) a thousand years (in Assiah – their Physical Bodies).  Revelation 20: 4

But the rest of the (living) dead (or egos of Lilith) lived not again until the thousand years (or esoteric time to dissolve the egos of Nahemah) were finished. This is the first (initiatic) resurrection (when - Geburah or Divine Soul and Gedulah or Innermost – the Monad reincarnate in Malkuth – Physical Body).  Revelation 20: 5

Blessed and holy is he (the Ishim or human being into the image of God) that hath part in the first resurrection (in Assiah – Physical Body): on such the second death (of Klipoth) hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign (as reincarnated Masters) with him a thousand (esoteric) years (in Assiah– Physical Body). - Revelation 20:6

"One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter." - Revelation 9:12
